This role is key to ensuring the high quality of our products at every stage of development β from initial prototypes to final release. You will be responsible for test planning, manual verification of both software and hardware, documentation, and supporting the overall QA process, including technical support.
Key Responsibilities
Test Process Development
- Develop test strategies, plans, and processes
- Set up and maintain scalable testing workflows
- Create, update, and manage a comprehensive database of test cases
- Define and improve repeatable test flows for new devices and product updates
- Standardize bug reporting and feedback processes across the team
- Maintain clear and detailed internal and external technical documentation (FAQs, user guides, troubleshooting notes)
- Contribute to product quality improvement throughout development, integration, and pre-release stages
Manual Testing
- Design and maintain test checklists and test cases
- Execute manual testing of desktop applications
- Test a wide range of software components, including desktop, networking, video streaming, and IoT systems
- Perform hands-on testing of hardware components, including controllers, sensors, and custom electronics
- Report detailed, well-documented bugs and maintain test logs
- Conduct fix verification and assist with regression testing
Technical Support
