• Build our sports VIP vertical from zero to hero - design the whole strategy and watch it grow
• Be the go-to person for our most valuable sports players - direct communication, relationship building
• Drive serious numbers - boost LTV, deposits, and loyalty through personalized approaches
• Create custom offers that make players feel truly special and keep them coming back
• Team up with retention and promo teams to deliver seamless experiences
• Keep the energy high during major tournaments and sporting events

WHAT WILL HELP YOU SUCCEED IN THE ROLE:

• 2+ years VIP management experience (betting industry preferred)
• Strong sports knowledge - understanding of major disciplines and key events
• Proven track record with high-value client relationships
• Excellent communication and sales skills
• Proactive mindset with strong process-building abilities
• Upper-Intermediate+ English proficiency
