Product Designer Offline

We're seeking an experienced Product Designer to join Finesquare and develop digital products from the ground up.
You'll be:
- Create end-to-end product design: from discovery to final handoff
- Conduct UX research, user testing, and data-driven iterations
- Develop wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes
- Contribute to and maintain our design system and UI kit
- Ensure consistency across touchpoints (desktop, mobile, email)
- Present and defend design decisions with a clear rationale
You need:
- 3+ years of experience as a Product UX/UI Designer (Web & Mobile)
- Strong portfolio
- Proficiency in Figma
- Proactive, organized, and comfortable working remotely in a fast-paced environment
- English
