We’re looking for a Amazon Account Manager to own and scale our portfolio on Amazon — from launch to growth strategy, positioning, pricing, and P&L performance. What you’ll do

• Lead product launches on Amazon from scratch: research → positioning → pre-launch setup → post-launch acceleration.
• Build and optimize product listings for search visibility, conversion, and BSR growth — including SEO, pricing, reviews, and creative briefs.
• Analyze Brand Analytics, Helium10, keyword data, competitor gaps — and turn insights into high-ROI decisions.
• Own product strategy: define how each SKU competes, who it serves, and how it scales.
• Run A/B tests, keyword split-tests, funnel experiments, and scale what works.
• Collaborate with PPC, design, affiliate teams to align on launch and scaling strategies.
• Monitor revenue, margin, conversion rates, reviews, return rate — and report what drives or blocks growth.
• Ensure smooth collaboration with supply chain and operations — from launch stock planning to restocking timelines.

You’ll be a great fit if you…

• Have 4+ years of Amazon Seller Central experience, ideally in supplements, wellness, or beauty.
• Have launched and grown 6-figure Amazon products, with proven impact on revenue and ranking.
• Think in terms of performance metrics, not just “improving listings.”
• Are comfortable with tools like Brand Analytics, Helium10, DataDive, Sellerboard, Looker, etc.
• Understand what sells on Amazon — and how to align keywords, price, visuals, reviews into a strong funnel.
• Have strong commercial sense: you get lifecycle, pricing, bundling, positioning, and what drives LTV.
• Can structure your work independently, drive your own roadmap, and challenge assumptions with data.

What we’re looking for
 

• Experience managing Amazon products from strategy to execution.
• Strong understanding of conversion levers, SEO and Amazon algorithms.
• Analytical skills — Google Sheets, dashboards (basic SQL or BI tools are a plus).
• Fluent English — content quality matters, and so does understanding your audience.
• Previous experience in supplements, healthcare, or wellness is a strong advantage.
• Understanding of FDA/FTC compliance and Amazon content policies is a big plus.

VitaUp is a fast-growing international e-commerce brand in the premium dietary supplements space, successfully selling on Amazon across the US and EU markets. Our products compete with leading brands such as NOW Foods, Pure Encapsulations, and Nature Made.

We are looking for a detail-oriented Amazon Account Health Manager who will take ownership of Amazon compliance operations, account health monitoring, and communication with Amazon support teams.

This is an execution-focused role for someone who is organized, proactive, and confident in handling multiple cases at once. You will play a key role in protecting and growing our Amazon business.

Your Responsibilities

• Monitor Amazon Account Health dashboard, policy warnings, and compliance metrics on a daily basis
• Respond quickly and professionally to Amazon performance notifications, listing suppressions, and policy alerts
• Submit and track required documentation:
  • COAs (Certificates of Analysis)
  • cGMP certificates
  • lab test results
  • invoices and supporting files
• Manage supplement-related compliance cases, including product claims, ingredient restrictions, and label requirements
• Communicate with Amazon Seller Support and internal teams to resolve issues efficiently
• Coordinate with product, logistics, and regulatory partners to gather documents before deadlines
• Proactively review listings and ASINs for potential compliance risks
• Maintain trackers for open cases, escalations, deadlines, and resolved issues
• Prepare regular reports on account health status and action plans

What You Bring

• 2+ years of Amazon Seller Central experience, preferably focused on Account Health or compliance operations
• Strong experience communicating with Amazon support through cases and escalations
• Proven ability to manage multiple open issues simultaneously
• Experience handling documentation requests and policy-related matters
• Excellent written English — clear, professional, and persuasive
• High attention to detail and structured working style
• Strong ownership mindset and ability to follow through until resolution
• Calm and solution-oriented approach under pressure

Nice to Have

• Experience with dietary supplements or regulated categories
• Understanding of U.S. Food and Drug Administration supplement regulations
• Experience with Amazon US marketplace
• Familiarity with flat files, listing reinstatements, and escalation workflows
