To support this growth, we're looking for a highly organized and execution-focused Project Operations Manager who can bring structure, accountability, and operational excellence to our product and business operations.

About the Role

This is not a traditional project management role focused on reporting and administration.

You will become the operational backbone of the company, working closely with leadership, product teams, developers, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure that priorities are translated into execution and that projects move forward efficiently.

You will create clarity where there is complexity, coordinate teams across multiple initiatives, and help build the processes that support a fast-growing business.

What You'll Own

• Own and maintain the ClickUp and Slack workspace, including task structures, sprint cycles, priorities, workflows, and team accountability.
• Coordinate day-to-day project delivery across product development, operations, and other internal or external teams.
• Translate leadership directives into clear, actionable tasks and project plans.
• Break down initiatives into sprint-ready work items with defined requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Manage project backlogs and support sprint planning activities.
• Track project progress, team velocity, delivery milestones, and operational KPIs.
• Identify blockers, risks, and dependencies early and drive resolution.
• Facilitate communication between distributed teams across different time zones and functions.
• Ensure projects stay on track, deadlines are met, and stakeholders remain aligned.
• Continuously improve operational processes, documentation, and execution frameworks.
• Support leadership with strategic operational initiatives, research, and special projects as the business scales.

Must Have

• 2+ years of experience in Project Management, Operations, Delivery Management, or a similar coordination-focused role.
• Experience working with project management tools such as ClickUp, Jira, Asana, Monday.com, Slack etc..
• Strong understanding of task management, project coordination, and execution tracking.
• Experience collaborating with software development teams.
• Familiarity with Agile and Kanban methodologies.
• Strong written and verbal English (B2+).
• Excellent organizational and prioritization skills.
• Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Self-driven, proactive, and highly accountable.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.

Nice to Have

• Experience working with distributed or offshore teams.
• Experience in startup, scale-up, or entrepreneurial environments.
• Basic understanding of the software development lifecycle.
• Experience supporting product development teams.
• Knowledge of GitHub workflows and technical project environments.
• Exposure to e-commerce, Amazon, consumer brands, or operational scaling projects.

We are looking for a Head of Amazon Growth — a commercially-minded operator, strategist, and leader who understands how to scale Amazon businesses in highly competitive supplement categories.

This role is closer to running a business unit than managing a marketplace account.

You will own Amazon growth end-to-end: category strategy, product launches, profitability, team leadership, operational scalability, and performance execution across US & EU marketplaces.

We are not looking for a coordinator or task manager. We are looking for someone who thinks like an owner, moves fast, understands the numbers behind growth, and knows how to build scalable systems and high-performing teams.

What You Will Own

You will be fully accountable for Amazon business performance:

• revenue growth

You will define how products compete, scale, and win within the health & supplements category.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Building and executing Amazon growth strategy across US & EU marketplaces
• Leading end-to-end product launches from market opportunity analysis to post-launch scaling
• Driving performance through data, experimentation, and operational excellence
• Owning P&L decisions and balancing aggressive growth with profitability
• Identifying new growth levers, category opportunities, and expansion potential
• Building scalable processes and operational infrastructure for long-term growth
• Managing forecasting, inventory planning, and supply coordination around growth cycles
• Leading and scaling a cross-functional Amazon team across PPC, design, content, analytics, influencer and affiliate functions
• Creating accountability systems, workflows, and performance standards across the team
• Working directly with founders on strategic growth decisions and long-term scaling initiatives

What We Are Looking For

Proven Amazon Scaling Experience

- You have 5+ years of hands-on Amazon experience with a strong track record of scaling brands or product portfolios.

- You have personally driven products from launch to significant monthly revenue and can clearly explain:

• what you scaled
• how you scaled it
• which levers created growth

• what challenges you solved

   

We are looking for operators, not coordinators.

Supplements / Health Category Expertise

You deeply understand:

• dietary supplements
• wellness products
• customer psychology in health categories
• competitive dynamics

• compliance-sensitive product positioning

   

Experience in supplements, nutraceuticals, wellness, sports nutrition, or adjacent regulated categories is highly preferred.

Strong Commercial & Analytical Thinking
