We are looking for a Head of Amazon Growth — a commercially-minded operator, strategist, and leader who understands how to scale Amazon businesses in highly competitive supplement categories.

This role is closer to running a business unit than managing a marketplace account.

You will own Amazon growth end-to-end: category strategy, product launches, profitability, team leadership, operational scalability, and performance execution across US & EU marketplaces.

We are not looking for a coordinator or task manager. We are looking for someone who thinks like an owner, moves fast, understands the numbers behind growth, and knows how to build scalable systems and high-performing teams.

What You Will Own

Your responsibilities will include:

• Building and executing Amazon growth strategy across US & EU marketplaces
• Leading end-to-end product launches from market opportunity analysis to post-launch scaling
• Driving performance through data, experimentation, and operational excellence
• Owning P&L decisions and balancing aggressive growth with profitability
• Identifying new growth levers, category opportunities, and expansion potential
• Building scalable processes and operational infrastructure for long-term growth
• Managing forecasting, inventory planning, and supply coordination around growth cycles
• Leading and scaling a cross-functional Amazon team across PPC, design, content, analytics, influencer and affiliate functions
• Creating accountability systems, workflows, and performance standards across the team
• Working directly with founders on strategic growth decisions and long-term scaling initiatives

What We Are Looking For

Proven Amazon Scaling Experience

- You have 5+ years of hands-on Amazon experience with a strong track record of scaling brands or product portfolios.

- You have personally driven products from launch to significant monthly revenue and can clearly explain:

• what you scaled
• how you scaled it
• which levers created growth

• what challenges you solved

   

We are looking for operators, not coordinators.

Supplements / Health Category Expertise

You deeply understand:

• dietary supplements
• wellness products
• customer psychology in health categories
• competitive dynamics

• compliance-sensitive product positioning

   

Experience in supplements, nutraceuticals, wellness, sports nutrition, or adjacent regulated categories is highly preferred.

We are looking for a Supply Chain & Sourcing Specialist who will manage the import of dietary supplements into the US market — from supplier and customs compliance to on-time delivery into our warehouses and Amazon fulfillment network.

This is a Middle-level role — not a junior logistics-coordinator position. We need someone who understands the full mechanics of US supplement imports, not just tracks shipments.

What you'll do

• Manage end-to-end sourcing and import of dietary supplements — from supplier coordination to delivery at destination (3PL / Amazon FBA).
• Ensure compliance with US import requirements for supplements: FDA Prior Notice, FSVP, Facility Registration, and related documentation.
• Review HTS/HS code classification, duties, and landed-cost calculations.
• Coordinate with freight forwarders and customs brokers (sea and air) and manage the full documentation flow: purchase orders, invoices, packing lists, customs paperwork, COA.
• Work with suppliers on production timelines, quality control, and packaging/labeling specs (Supplement Facts panel).
• Monitor inventory levels and support forecasting and replenishment planning to avoid stockouts.
• Identify and address risks in the supply chain (delays, customs holds, quality issues) and propose solutions.
• Prepare regular reports on supply chain status and cost/efficiency metrics for management.

What we're looking for

• 3+ years of experience in supply chain, sourcing, or import operations, ideally with dietary supplements or another FDA-regulated product category.
• Solid understanding of US import processes: customs clearance, HTS classification, duties, and supplement-specific compliance (FDA Prior Notice, FSVP, Facility Registration).
• Experience working with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and 3PLs.
• Experience with Amazon (Seller/Vendor Central, FBA) is a strong advantage; experience with other marketplaces or purely B2B/wholesale supply chains is also welcome.
• Confident user of Excel/Google Sheets; experience with supply chain or inventory-planning tools is a plus.
• English — B2, sufficient for working with international suppliers and partners.
• Strong attention to detail, structured approach, and ability to manage multiple shipments/suppliers in parallel.

Nice to have

• Direct experience sourcing from China-based manufacturers (negotiation, QC checkpoints, COA review).
• Knowledge of supplement labeling regulations (Supplement Facts, FDA requirements).
• Experience with recognized US 3PLs (e.g., ShipBob, ShipMonk, ShipCalm).
• Understanding of Section 301 tariffs and duty-optimization strategies.

Who We're Looking For

We're hiring an Affiliate Partnership Manager to find, build, and grow partnerships that drive traffic to VitaUp on Amazon and on our own website, with the ultimate goal of increasing sales. This role also owns the analytics side of the channel — tracking performance, testing hypotheses, and identifying the most effective paths to growth. Building brand awareness along the way is a welcome bonus, not the primary mandate.

This is a role for someone who thrives on ownership. You'll be expected to identify opportunities independently, negotiate partnerships, and communicate professionally with affiliates — without needing constant direction.

What You'll Do

• Identify, approach, and onboard new affiliate partners, publishers, and media buyers with proven sales potential across relevant affiliate networks
• Build and manage relationships with affiliate network managers, media partners, and media buyers to maximize channel performance
• Grow traffic and sales across Amazon and our own website through affiliate network placements and partner-driven media — not through in-house traffic generation or arbitrage
• Negotiate commercial terms and commission structures with affiliate networks and partners
• Build and maintain a reporting system to track partner and network performance, budgets, and key metrics
• Design and run hypothesis-driven tests together with partners to find the most effective growth levers
• Manage allocated partner/network budgets efficiently to maximize return on investment
• Contribute to brand visibility and awareness through partner and network placements as a secondary outcome of channel growth

What Success Looks Like

• Significant growth in channel sales volume within the first 12 months
• An expanded partner network, built through new affiliates with demonstrated sales potential
• High resource utilization and target attainment, starting from month 3
• A functioning reporting and testing system in place from month 2 onward
