Job Responsibilities

• Processing deposits, withdrawals and refunds based on the established policies and procedures
• Ensuring compliance with the company’s anti-money laundering procedures
• Assisting internally all departments with any issues to client funds
• Performing other ad hoc tasks as requested
• Record keeping of executed transactions
• Identify potentially unusual, suspicious, or fraudulent transactions and refer these to the Compliance department
• Reconciliation between bank accounts and PSP to CRM
• Issue, review and follow up on various financial reports as per applied procedures (daily, weekly, monthly)

Job Requirements            

• Demonstrated work experience in a similar role
• Advanced Excel skills (dynamic tables, pivot tables and macros)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Efficient and strong detail oriented
• Computer and numerically literate
• Knowledge regarding how CRM works and how is linked with client transactions will be considered as an advantage
• Exceptional time-management and organizational skills
• Ability to work both independently and as a part of a team

About the Role:
We are looking for a creative and technically skilled Motion Designer who can produce high-quality video content using both traditional motion design tools and AI-powered video creation platforms. You will work closely with our marketing, product, and creative teams to produce videos that communicate ideas clearly and beautifully.

Responsibilities:
●    Ability to work independently or in a team environment.
●    Create high-quality motion graphics, animations, and short videos for marketing, product, and social media.
●    Use traditional software such as After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, Blender, etc.
●    Use AI-based video tools such as Runway, Pika, Midjourney, Sora, Stable Video, Kaiber, etc.
●    Edit footage, audio, and visual assets into polished deliverables.
●    Conceptualize storyboards, visual styles, and animation sequences.
●    Optimize videos for different platforms (web, social, ads, presentations).
●    Collaborate with copywriters, designers, and product teams to develop visual concepts.
●    Propose new creative ideas using AI tools to accelerate production.
●    Strong portfolio demonstrating motion design and animation work.
●    Proficiency with industry-standard tools:
Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop (or equivalent).
●    Experience using AI video or image generation tools (e.g., Runway, Pika, Sora, Stable Diffusion, etc.).
●    Strong understanding of animation principles, timing, and visual design.
●    Ability to take ideas from concept to final execution.
●    Knowledge of video formats, codecs, aspect ratios, and export settings.
●    Attention to detail and strong time-management skills.


Nice-to-Haves:
●    Experience with 3D (Blender, Cinema4D, Unreal Engine).
●    Basic sound design skills.
●    Experience optimizing workflows with automation or AI tools.
●    Creative mindset and willingness to experiment with new technologies.
