Job Title:  Project Manager

Position Summary:

We are seeking a results-driven Project Manager to oversee internal Cyber Bark projects, manage the delivery of products and services to our clients, and provide project management support directly to client teams. This role requires a high level of organization, communication, and problem-solving to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate Cyber Bark’s internal projects across various teams.
• Manage external client projects related to the delivery of our services (cybersecurity, compliance, IT solutions, etc.).
• Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders—internal teams, external vendors, and clients.
• Support clients by managing their internal projects as part of our service offering.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, resource allocation, and budgets.
• Monitor project progress and proactively address any risks or issues.
• Track and report on KPIs and deliverables to senior leadership and clients.
• Conduct regular status meetings, ensuring consistent communication and alignment.
• Drive process improvements and ensure adherence to project management best practices.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in IT, cybersecurity, or related services.
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously, including client-facing projects.
• Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana, Microsoft Project).
• Strong understanding of Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and remotely in a dynamic environment.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or Scrum certification is a plus.

Work Schedule:

• This is a full-time remote position.

In this role, you will manage and lead the design team throughout project lifecycles, from task creation to client presentations. You will guide the client, gather and validate requirements, and transfer critical information to the Development Delivery Manager. Key responsibilities include creating and managing feasible timelines, responding promptly to customer requests, and proactively managing risks to ensure successful project delivery. 

We are looking for a Design Project Manager to join our in-house design-delivery team. You will be managing the client expectations while overseeing the solution's progress along with the team of interface designers. We are pursuing the following industries (but not limited to): Professional Services including Financial and Accounting; Digital Services: Human Resources, Remote work, Productivity related systems, Ecommerce, Logistics and Transportation, Healthcare and more. 

Requirements 

General: 

• 2+ years of experience as a PM/PO/PD or client-facing BA / BSA 
• You worked with design teams (agency, vendor or studio experience will be a huge plus) 
• You know how to gather requirements in the way that is understandable for clients, design team, development team 
• You hear the customer and able to find balance between client wishes and practical capabilities 

Practical: 

• Strong knowledge of PM methodologies (Agile and Waterfall) including project planning, goal setting, risk and time management, evaluation and allocation of the resources and more

• Can suggest UI/UX solutions when the designer is not available (e.g. on the client call)

• Basic knowledge of Figma functionality (we expect that you will be able to navigate, copy and move mockup elements, change UX copy)

Role Overview: Our partner is seeking a Project and Integration Manager to lead the development and integration of a high-quality payment gateway within the iGaming sector. This role involves overseeing the full lifecycle of payment solutions, from integration to operational management, ensuring seamless collaboration between developers, designers, and payment providers. Key Responsibilities:

— Lead the integrations and feature development process;
