Project Manager
We are looking for a proactive Project Manager with 1–3 years of experience to take ownership of software development projects. You will dive deep into each project, understand its goals and current stage, keep the team focused on the right priorities, and make sure risks are spotted and handled early.
This role is ideal for someone who already has hands-on PM experience and wants real ownership. You'll have the team's technical expertise to lean on, while leading the process and owning the outcome.
Responsibilities:
- Manage software development projects across the full lifecycle, from requirements gathering to delivery;
- Dive into the essence of each project and understand its goals and current stage;
- Prioritize tasks and the backlog in line with client needs;
- Monitor task progress, identify blockers, and drive their resolution;
- Identify, track, and mitigate project risks;
- Communicate with clients to clarify requirements and keep them updated on progress;
- Coordinate the development team and conduct regular 1:1s;
- Facilitate team meetings and maintain project documentation;
- Use AI tools to optimize PM routines.
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience as an IT Project Manager;
- Solid understanding of SDLC and Agile frameworks (Scrum / Kanban);
- Experience with task management tools (Jira, Trello, or similar);
- Technical understanding (APIs, Git flow, cloud platforms, databases);
- Experience in task prioritization and risk management;
- Experience communicating directly with clients;
- Strong communication and organizational skills;
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of results;
- Hands-on experience using AI tools in daily work;
- Upper-Intermediate English or higher.
Will be a plus:
- Experience managing projects with AI integrations (LLMs, chatbots, AI-powered features);
- Experience with pre-sales activities.
