Project Manager

We are looking for a proactive Project Manager to take ownership of software development projects across their full lifecycle. You will work directly with clients, coordinate the development team, manage timelines and documentation, and drive projects from discovery to delivery.
This role is ideal for someone with initial PM experience looking to grow into a role with real ownership. You'll have the team's technical expertise to lean on, while leading the process and owning the outcome.
 

Responsibilities:
- Manage the full cycle of software development projects - from requirements gathering to delivery;
- Communicate with clients to clarify requirements and priorities, and translate them into clear business and technical goals;
- Plan, prioritize, and assign tasks; track progress, identify blockers, and drive their resolution;
- Maintain project documentation (requirements, plans, reports, timelines);
- Facilitate team meetings and participate in pre-sales activities.
 

Requirements:
- 6+ months of experience in IT Project Management;
- Solid understanding of SDLC and the full software development cycle;
- Knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum / Kanban);
- Experience with task management tools (Jira, Trello, or similar);
- Strong communication, prioritization, and organizational skills;
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of results;
-  Upper-Intermediate English or higher.
 

Will be a plus:
- Basic technical understanding (APIs, Git flow, cloud platforms, databases).
