We are looking for an experienced Middle+ Manual QA Engineer to ensure the quality of a complex FinTech platform with financial workflows, third-party integrations, payment systems, and KYC/AML functionality.
You will be involved throughout the SDLC — from reviewing requirements and identifying risks to testing features, integrations, and releases.

Responsibilities
• Independently plan and perform manual testing of web applications and complex business workflows..
• Analyze requirements and acceptance criteria, identify gaps, ambiguities, and quality risks..
• Design and execute functional, integration, regression, exploratory, negative, and end-to-end testing..
• Test APIs and integrations with payment providers, KYC/AML services, identity verification systems, and other third-party platforms..
• Validate different integration scenarios, including successful, rejected, failed, timeout, and unexpected provider responses..
• Test functionality implementing regulatory, compliance, and business requirements..
• Investigate and document complex defects, validate fixes, and assess regression impact..
• Participate in release preparation and provide feedback on quality and risks..
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Business Analysts, Developers, and other QA Engineers..
Requirements
• 3+ years of commercial experience testing web applications..
• Strong experience with manual testing of complex business workflows..
• Solid knowledge of API testing and client-server architecture..
• Experience testing third-party integrations and external APIs..
• Understanding of testing methodologies and test design techniques..
• Ability to work independently with incomplete or evolving requirements..
• Experience with bug-tracking and test-management tools..
• Good knowledge of HTML, CSS, and Chrome DevTools..
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills..
• Upper-Intermediate English or higher..
Strong Advantage
• FinTech, banking, lending, investment, crowdfunding, or other regulated product experience.
• Experience with payment systems, KYC/KYB, AML, or identity verification.
• Understanding of how regulatory and compliance requirements translate into software functionality and test scenarios.
• Experience with Postman, Swagger/OpenAPI, or similar API tools.
• Basic Git knowledge.
• Experience with test automation or understanding of automated test coverage.
