About the Role

Automated Communication Solutions Ltd. (ACS) is an IT company developing AI-powered solutions for businesses.

We’re looking for a Partnerships Manager to join our Gamble Grip team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for building and nurturing strategic business relationships that create real commercial opportunities — from generating qualified client introductions to making sure key business commitments are followed through.

This is an individual contributor position . You’ll be part of the Sales team, working closely with the CEO.

What You’ll Be Doing

1. Identifying and Bringing on New Partners

Research and approach potential partners and business contacts who can connect us with our target clients. Assess partnership opportunities, introduce our products, and help partners identify potential clients to refer to us.

2. Managing and Growing Existing Partnerships

Build strong relationships with existing partners, identify opportunities for collaboration, prepare relevant materials and outreach initiatives, and maintain regular communication. Your goal is to keep partners engaged and generate a consistent flow of qualified client introductions.

3. Managing Client Referrals

Review prospective clients and their contacts, establish their potential needs, and confirm their interest in being introduced to our team. Record referral sources in the CRM and pass all relevant information to the Solutions Consultant. From that point on, the Solutions Consultant takes ownership of client qualification, negotiations, and closing the deal.

4. Coordinating Executive Meetings

Research prospective meeting participants and prepare concise background briefs, meeting objectives, and agendas. Arrange introductions and meetings between company executives and potential clients, partners, investors, and industry experts. Track follow-up actions and make sure agreed next steps are carried out.

5. Organising Conference and Event Participation

Coordinate the company's participation in industry conferences and events. Prepare budgets, meeting schedules, briefing materials, and logistics. Following each event, document key meetings, pass relevant contacts to the Sales team, and track expenses against the approved budget.

6. CRM Management and Reporting

Keep CRM records up to date, including company and contact details, referral sources, communication history, partnership agreements, and deal statuses. Check for duplicate records before referring a prospect to Sales. Provide the Finance team with the information needed to calculate partner commissions.

7. Working with AI Tools and Business Documentation

Use AI tools to research information and prepare business materials, emails, and meeting briefs. Verify AI-generated information against reliable original sources. Handle confidential information only through company-approved tools.

What We’re Looking For
• Previous experience in iGaming or betting is a must.
• Experience in partnerships, business development, commercial negotiations, or referral-based client acquisition.
• A proven track record of building relationships with new partners and growing existing partnerships.
• Experience coordinating executive meetings and attending industry events.
• Confident use of CRM systems, including managing company and contact records, referral sources, communication history, and deal pipelines.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Russian and English.
• Excellent research skills and the ability to verify information, including professional backgrounds, job titles, companies, and business connections.
• A proactive, self-sufficient approach: able to manage the entire process independently, from identifying the right contacts to securing client introductions and following up on commitments.
• Commercial awareness: able to weigh potential business value against costs and the time invested by the team.
• Strong attention to detail: able to distinguish assumptions from verified information and measurable results.
•A strong sense of ownership: follows through on commitments and flags potential issues without delay.
• Discretion, respect for confidentiality, and the ability to critically assess AI-generated content.

Nice to Have

- Experience in the IT or SaaS industry.
- Experience organising and coordinating industry conferences and events.
- Familiarity with partnership models and partner payout structures.

We’re Hiring: B2C Affiliate Lead | iGaming 

We’re looking for a B2C Affiliate Lead to strengthen our team and drive affiliate acquisition and growth across LATAM.

We need someone who knows how to find and build relationships with affiliates, analyze campaign performance, and scale traffic while maintaining acquisition costs and traffic quality.

What you’ll do:

• Source, recruit, and develop relationships with affiliate partners and webmasters across LATAM.
• Analyze competitors and market opportunities across GEOs.
• Set up affiliate offers and prepare media kits for partners.
• Track campaign performance, analyze statistics, and deliver regular reports.
• Develop payout policies and affiliate terms.
• Scale traffic while maintaining target CAC and quality standards.

What we’re looking for:

• Experience in affiliate marketing, preferably in iGaming/B2C.
• An existing network of affiliate contacts across LATAM.
• Understanding of CPA, RevShare, and Hybrid models.
• Technical knowledge of postbacks, S2S tracking, and UTM parameters.

We're Hiring: Data Analyst — Product & Marketing Analytics | Remote
We're looking for a hands-on Data Analyst to help drive product and marketing decisions for a B2C iGaming business.
This role combines product analytics, marketing performance, unit economics and data reliability. We're looking for someone who can work independently with raw transactional data, build reliable reporting from scratch, and turn analysis into clear business recommendations.
What you'll do
• Own weekly reporting across GEOs, including registrations, FTDs, deposits, withdrawals, GGR/NGR, bonus rate and active players.
• Analyse acquisition sources, affiliate caps, FTD cost, LTV and cohort-based traffic payback.
• Evaluate bonus and CRM campaign economics, including A/B tests and control-group analysis.
• Work with event and historical data across Kafka, ClickHouse and Athena/S3.
• Build and maintain Grafana dashboards and monitoring.
• Reconcile internal metrics with platform reports, investigate discrepancies and validate data completeness.
• Present actionable recommendations to Product and leadership: what to scale, optimise or stop, and what impact to expect.
What we're looking for
• 3+ years of experience in product or marketing analytics in a B2C business.
• Strong SQL skills, including complex queries, window functions, cohort analysis and query optimisation.
• Hands-on experience working with raw event and transaction data and building reporting from scratch.
• Practical experience with ClickHouse, Athena/S3, Kafka and Grafana.
• Strong understanding of unit economics, LTV, retention, acquisition cost and bonus economics.
• Working knowledge of Python/pandas for data processing and automation.
• Ability to communicate findings clearly and translate data into business decisions.
Experience in iGaming or betting is a strong plus, particularly familiarity with GGR, NGR, bonus rate and the registration → first deposit → repeat deposit funnel. Candidates from fintech, e-commerce and mobile gaming with relevant transactional analytics experience are also welcome.

Ми шукаємо людину, яка має

• 4+ роки досвіду в SMM, з них 2+ роки на керівній позиції
• Досвід у б'юті, косметиці, fashion, retail, e-commerce або FMCG (буде перевагою)
• Підтверджені кейси зростання аудиторії та впливу SMM на продажі
• Досвід управління командою та підрядниками
• Глибоке розуміння Reels/Shorts-формату, трендів і алгоритмів платформ
• Практичний досвід роботи з інфлюенсерами та експертним контентом
• Навички аналітики: Meta Business Suite, TikTok Analytics, Google Analytics, UTM-розмітка
• Розуміння б'юті-категорій (догляд, макіяж, парфумерія, волосся) і цікавість до індустрії
• Сильне чуття візуального стилю та якісного контенту
