We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Project Coordinator/Virtual Assistant to directly support the founder in both sales engagement and project management activities. You will represent the founder in client communication, manage outreach, and ensure smooth onboarding for new customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales Engagement & Follow-ups;
• Support the founder in all sales and business development activities;
• Research prospective clients before meetings and prepare relevant briefing materials;
• Send follow-ups, schedule calls, and maintain communication through email, LinkedIn, and phone;
• Reconnect with leads who have shown interest but gone inactive, aiming to re-engage and move discussions forward;
• Maintain CRM updates and meeting records;
• Project Coordination;
• Assist in launching and onboarding multiple new clients on the platform;
• Coordinate with internal teams to track progress and ensure tasks are completed on schedule;
• Act as a communication bridge between the founder, clients, and operations teams;

• Monitor ongoing client activities and provide regular updates.

   

  Requirements:

• Excellent written and spoken English;
• Proven experience in sales support, client engagement, logistics dispatching, or project coordination;
• Strong communication and follow-up skills, especially via email and LinkedIn;
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities;
• Comfortable working directly with an executive and handling sensitive information;

• Experience in e-commerce, SaaS, or logistics industries is a strong plus.

   

  Working Hours:
  7:00 AM – 4:00 PM Pacific Time (U.S. West Coast schedule)

  5:00 PM - 02:00 AM (Kyiv time)
