Head of Affairs (Payments) $$$ Offline

We’re building advanced financial infrastructure for high-growth global payments. As we expand across multiple jurisdictions, we’re looking for a senior leader to own our regulatory, compliance, and governance foundation.

Although the job title avoids the word Legal, this is fully a senior legal leadership role within a fintech/payments environment.

You will shape the frameworks that support licensing, risk management, partner onboarding, high-risk operations, and long-term regulatory strategy.

What You’ll Do

• Oversee regulatory and operational compliance across the payments ecosystem
• Coordinate communication with legal, financial, and partnership teams
• Build and maintain internal policies and documentation
• Ensure smooth cross-functional work between tech, ops, and compliance
• Improve internal workflows to maintain transparency and alignment
