We are looking for an experienced HR People Partner to become a trusted partner for managers and teams across assigned departments and take ownership of the full employee journey, from onboarding to offboarding. In this role, you will work closely with managers and employees, support effective people management, and help build a positive and healthy team environment. You'll oversee key HR processes, drive employee development and engagement, and contribute to improving the overall employee experience.

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

  • Act as the main HR point of contact for managers and employees in assigned departments, and understand each team's goals, structure and people needs
  • Run performance review cycles for assigned teams: brief managers, control deadlines, moderate calibration sessions and ensure fair, consistent results
  • Support managers in setting and reviewing KPIs and goals based on role profiles
  • Ensure individual development plans are created after reviews and tracked, together with the L&D Manager
  • Consult managers on promotions, transfers, new positions and team structure changes
  • Handle employee relations cases: conflicts, performance issues and difficult conversations
  • Coach managers on people management, including feedback, 1:1s and team motivation
  • Monitor team health through turnover, engagement and exit interview insights, and propose concrete actions
  • Manage pre-onboarding: prepare new hires for their first day, coordinate access requests and documentation signing, and communicate with employees, the L&D Manager and stakeholders
  • Manage end-to-end onboarding and adaptation, including onboarding meetings and regular adaptation 1:1s
  • Support managers during probation periods, collect employee feedback and make probation decisions together with managers
  • Keep employee records and HR systems accurate and up to date
  • Track probation timelines, benefits, compensation requests and employee status changes
  • Coordinate internal competitions, transfers and crossboarding
  • Coordinate internal HR communications, announcements and engagement activities
  • Support employee experience initiatives and internal culture projects
  • Coordinate offboarding and conduct exit interviews
  • Identify process gaps and suggest practical improvements to existing HR workflows and employee experience, including process automation
  • Partner with managers and employees to support a positive and healthy team environment

WHAT WILL HELP YOU SUCCEED IN THE ROLE

  • 2+ years of experience as a People Partner, HR Generalist or in a similar role, supporting assigned teams or departments
  • Solid understanding of the full employee lifecycle and core HR processes
  • Hands-on experience running performance review cycles: goal setting, feedback, calibration, development plans
  • Experience with onboarding, adaptation and probation processes
  • Experience handling employee relations cases: conflicts, performance issues, difficult conversations
  • Ability to advise managers on people topics and constructively challenge them
  • Experience with HRIS systems (PeopleForce or similar)
  • Ability to work with HR data such as turnover, engagement and review results, and turn it into practical actions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize and manage multiple processes at once
  • Fluent English
