Обов’язки:

• Аналіз бізнес-потреб замовника (за допомогою співбесід, аналізу існуючих бізнес-процесів замовника та програмних продуктів);
• Упорядкування вимог до майбутнього продукту (комунікація із зацікавленими особами — розробниками, клієнтами, кінцевими користувачами);
• Аналіз вимог (аналіз існуючої документації);
• Формалізація вимог (розподіл вимог на бізнес-, функціональні, нефункціональні, написання специфікації вимог);
• Оформлення концепції у технічне завдання з конкретними вимогами до майбутнього продукту;
• Створення схем процесів.

Задачі:

Збір та формалізація вимог до аналітичних даних, їх структури та специфіки використання. Узгодження вимог з зацікавленими сторонами.

Постановка і управління вимогами в Jira

Збір, вивчення та структурування вимог для побудови DWH

Контроль реалізації вимог розробниками

Документування сервісів (DHW, ETL, DataQuality, OLAP, BI, сервіси ERP системи, пов’язані з аналітикою та прогнозуванням) в Confluence

Збір інформації, опис та моделювання бізнес-процесів

Аналіз ефективності та розробка пропозицій з покращення процесів

Вимоги до кандидата:

Знання та навики використання JIRA+Confluence, BPMN, UML

Розуміння Scrum, Agile

Розуміння та досвід в роботі з БД корпоративного рівня

Досвід роботи, підтримки або розробки BI System

розуміння технології OLAP

Знання T-SQL на базовому рівні

Рівень володіння англійською мовою: Читання та розуміння технічної документації або вище.

Обов’язки

Проведення зустрічей із замовниками та зовнішніми зацікавленими сторонами у впровадженні проектів з метою збору, формалізації, моделювання бізнес-процесів;

Консультування стейкхолдерів та зацікавлених сторін щодо можливості оптимізації та більш ефективної побудови бізнес-процесів eHealth;

Аналіз зібраної інформації з метою визначення функціональних та нефункціональних вимог по проектам;

Формування необхідної архітектури модулів проектів, розробка структури баз даних та затвердження її з технічними спеціалістами;

Розробка UAT стратегій;

Формування технічного завдання на розробку проектів eHealth;

Участь у консультаціях з IT розробниками функціоналу;

Надання консультацій стейкхолдерам та зацікавленим сторонам щодо розробленої технічної документації;

Підготовка періодичної звітності щодо статусу виконання проектів;

Консультування щодо особливостей функціоналу проектів;

Допомога у формуванні backlog проектів;

Консультації з технічних аспектів інтеграції модулів проектів з системою електронної охорони здоров’я;

Рекомендації щодо розвитку механізмів взаємодії між іншими проектами та системою електронної охорони здоров’я;

Дотримання до існуючих вимог SDLC та термінів розробки технічної документації, внесення пропозиції щодо вдосконалення SDLC процесів.

Необхідні навички

 Досвід роботи від 3 років в сфері бізнес-аналізу IT проектів;

 Розуміння процесу розробки програмного забезпечення (SDLC);

 Досвід написання технічних специфікацій (технічних завдань або SRS) для ІТ-проектів;

 Вміння моделювати бізнес-процеси (UML, BPMN) та визначати проблеми;

 Досвід роботи з системами управління завданнями (JIRA, Redmine, Git) та ведення документації (Confluence);

 Знання англійської мови в межах, що дозволяє:

читати та розуміти технічну документацію;

формувати технічні специфікації для IT спеціалістів;

проводити переклад необхідних частин документації з української мови.
