Senior Amazon Bedrock Engineer — AI Infrastructure & Cost Optimization

Location: Remote (U.S.) | Type: Full-time or Contract

    Company: Aesthetics360 (A360)

    About A360

Aesthetics360 is an AI-native platform transforming elective medicine.
We combine domain-trained models, live transcription, and automated marketing into one continuous intelligence system.

Every workflow — from consult to care plan — runs on AWS, with Amazon Bedrock at the core of our generative-AI architecture.
We’re scaling fast and need a Bedrock specialist who can make our inference layer faster, cheaper, and smarter.

    The Role

You’ll be the owner of Bedrock orchestration inside A360 — optimizing prompt routing, model performance, and API utilization while pairing that with DevOps rigor and cost governance.
You’ll design scalable, secure, and financially efficient ways to serve multi-model workloads (Claude, Titan, Mistral, Llama 3 via Bedrock) to thousands of real-time users.

    What You’ll Do

    • Architect, deploy, and optimize Bedrock-based LLM pipelines powering transcription, summarization, and consultation workflows.
    • Implement multi-model orchestration and intelligent routing for cost/performance balance (e.g., Haiku → Claude 3 → Titan RAG chains).
    • Build automated monitoring, logging, and cost dashboards for token usage, latency, and throughput (CloudWatch + Cost Explorer + custom metrics).
    • Engineer caching and batching strategies to reduce Bedrock inference cost per request.
    • Manage CI/CD for prompt chain deployment using AWS CDK, Fargate, and Lambda.
    • Collaborate with AI R&D to profile prompt performance, fine-tune templates, and benchmark models.
    • Enforce FinOps best practices — budget alerts, anomaly detection, and savings-plan recommendations.
    • Ensure enterprise-grade uptime, compliance, and security across Bedrock environments.

    What You Bring

    • Deep expertise in Amazon Bedrock (multi-model orchestration, API integration, cost tuning).
    • 5 + years hands-on AWS architecture or DevOps experience (ECS, Lambda, Aurora Serverless, API Gateway).
    • Proficiency with AWS CDK / Terraform, CloudWatch, and Cost Explorer APIs.
    • Experience optimizing token budgets, latency, and context-window trade-offs in LLMs.
    • Familiarity with LangChain, SageMaker, or Supabase is a plus.
    • Strong Python and shell scripting skills; ability to build internal CLI tools for cost and performance audits.
    • Mindset: equal parts AI architect and FinOps engineer — you design with performance and price in mind.

Director of Product – OWN Health

    About the Role
OWN Health is redefining how people manage and understand their health by creating the world’s first AI Health Account — a single hub that connects medical data, wearables, biomarkers, and lifestyle insights to predict and prevent disease before it starts.
We’re looking for a Product Director who combines deep empathy for users with a strong technical and strategic mindset — someone who can turn data into meaningful, preventive health experiences that feel like having a “digital health twin.”

    Key Responsibilities

    🔍 Product Discovery & Strategy

    • Lead deep user research and discovery across health-conscious consumers and chronically ill patient segments to refine our value proposition and ideal user profiles.
    • Transform OWN’s health model into a connected prevention storyline, showing users how their habits, biomarkers, and risks evolve over time.
    • Design product experiences that make complex health data feel actionable and human — a mix between Apple Health’s simplicity and WHOOP’s intelligence.
    • Define, measure, and iterate on product-market fit metrics (activation, engagement, health score improvements, retention).

🤖 AI & Data Product Development

    • Evolve the AI layer from single insight generation to multi-stage reasoning, connecting health data across time and context.
    • Design “meaning detection” features — not just showing what changed (e.g., glucose spike), but why it matters and what to do next.
    • Collaborate with engineering on improving model accuracy, prompting pipelines, and personalization logic across users’ digital twins.
    • Build adaptive feedback loops so the AI becomes smarter from user interactions and longitudinal health data.

    🚀 Go-to-Market Alignment

    • Work closely with the Marketing Director to design in-product growth loops (e.g., progress badges, health milestones, referral incentives).
    • Shape the onboarding flow so users experience value within 24 hours (health score, preventive insights, or motivational nudges).
    • Define positioning and feature strategy versus existing health apps (Apple Health, WHOOP, MySugr, etc.) through user outcome-based differentiation.

    Requirements

    • 4–7 years experience in Product Management, ideally in digital health, AI, or B2C SaaS.
    • Proven track record of leading data-driven or AI-powered product development.
    • Obsession with customer discovery — have conducted 30+ interviews, usability tests, or cohort analyses.
    • Experience building connected insights or analytics products that explain “why” behind metrics.
    • Builder mindset — capable of fast iteration with incomplete data and limited resources.

    Benefits

    • Equity: based on experience and time commitment.
    • Vesting: 4 years with 1-year cliff.
    • From February: Future Salary Post-funding.
    • Equal say in product and roadmap decisions alongside founders.
    • Flexible schedule (20–30 hrs/week possible; path to full-time).
    • Remote-first (EU time zones preferred).

Director of Marketing – OWN Health (B2C)

    About the Role
OWN Health is building the AI-powered future of personal prevention. We unify medical, lifestyle, and wearable data into a single “health account,” helping people see risks before they arise and take control of their wellbeing.
We’re seeking a Marketing Director who can bridge storytelling, analytics, and growth — turning a preventive health mission into a movement.

    Key Responsibilities

    🧭 Brand Strategy & Positioning

    • Define OWN’s brand narrative“Your data, your health, your prevention.”
    • Position OWN between medical credibility and lifestyle inspiration — where prevention feels aspirational, not clinical.
    • Shape a unified messaging architecture across web, app, and social, highlighting OWN’s unique value: predictive, data-driven, and privacy-first.

    📊 Growth & Go-to-Market

    • Lead the go-to-market strategy for our next product iteration (November redesign → early 2026 public release).
    • Build and optimize multi-channel acquisition funnels (content, influencer partnerships, paid social, and Apple Health integrations).
    • Develop product-led growth loops — onboarding journeys, email/push automations, and gamified retention features tied to users’ health improvements.
    • Track activation, retention, and referral metrics to continuously refine messaging and user experience.

    💬 Community & Thought Leadership

    • Create the OWN Health Founding Member Program and early adopter community.
    • Collaborate with medical advisors and creators to launch educational campaigns around prevention and self-tracking.
    • Drive storytelling across channels (press, social, product updates) to humanize complex AI health concepts.

    Requirements

    • 5+ years experience in growth, brand, or product marketing, ideally in digital health, fitness, or consumer SaaS.
    • Proven experience launching or scaling early-stage tech products from MVP to market traction.
    • Strong understanding of healthtech positioning, user psychology, and trust building (especially for sensitive data products).
    • Analytical and creative mindset — fluent in both storytelling and metrics (CAC, LTV, retention).
    • Passion for preventive health, data-driven wellness, and AI-enabled personalization.

    Benefits

    • Equity: based on experience and time commitment.
    • Vesting: 4 years with 1-year cliff.
    • From February: Future Salary Post-funding.
    • Equal say in product and roadmap decisions alongside founders.
