We are a fast-growing performance marketing company running Keitaro as our core advertising tracking platform. Our infrastructure is fully set up — we need a technically sharp, marketing-aware specialist to take complete ownership of everything above the infrastructure layer. This is a hands-on technical role at the intersection of ad operations and development. You will architect campaign flows, build and optimise landing pages, write custom JavaScript for tracking and conversion logic, and integrate Keitaro with external ad platforms via APIs. Campaign & Funnel Operations

• Build and manage campaign flows in Keitaro — funnels, offer rotations, and traffic distribution rules (geo, device, OS, browser, carrier)

• Set up and validate S2S postbacks, pixel events, and conversion tracking with Meta, Google, and TikTok

Landing Page Development

• Build and maintain landing pages locally within Keitaro (HTML / CSS / JavaScript)

• Set up banner rotations and multi-offer flows

Custom Development & Integrations

• Write KClient JS / PHP scripts to pass tracking data to and from third-party sites
• Integrate Keitaro with external tools via webhooks and REST APIs

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

Your key responsibilities:

• Developing and maintaining the back-end of web applications
• Designing and building REST APIs
• Working with PostgreSQL and Redis databases
• Integrating with third-party APIs
• Building and deploying applications on AWS (EC2, S3, CloudFront)
• Writing unit and integration tests
• Optimizing application performance
• Debugging and troubleshooting issues
• Writing technical documentation
• Conducting code reviews

What we’re looking for:

• 5+ years of commercial experience with Node.js applications
• 1+ years of experience with microservices architecture
• 2+ years of hands-on work with Redis and PostgreSQL/MySQL (data modeling, indexing, caching, ORM such as Prisma/TypeORM/Drizzle ORM)
• Experience with AWS
• 2+ years of experience with message brokers
• 1+ years of experience with Docker
• Understanding of scalable and reliable system design principles

📍 What to Do

• Maintain and evolve the existing automated testing infrastructure
• Develop and set up frameworks for automated testing
• Write and run automated tests within the existing framework (C# + Playwright)
• Drive automation of processes and integrate various systems/tools
• Systematically support and develop the testing pyramid and Shift Left practices
• Contribute to testing new features throughout the entire SDLC Manage QA team backlog/roadmap and documentation
• Actively contribute to the technological growth of the QA team
• Stay proactive in improving development quality across all levels

🦸 Your Superpowers

• 5+ years in Quality Assurance with a strong focus on test automation
• Solid proficiency in C#, OOP principles, and automation frameworks (we use NUnit)
• Deep understanding of modern testing patterns, standards, and automation algorithms
• Hands-on experience designing and building automated testing frameworks
• Experience with Selenium/Playwright (we use Playwright)
