Senior BI Analyst $$$$ Offline

Ixilix is a technology-driven company that builds high-quality solutions and long-term partnerships. Our team is growing, and we are looking for a BI Analyst.

Responsibilities:

• Analysing, visualising, and communicating insights from our data on a regular and ad-hoc basis;
• Designing & implementing effective and clean reports in Tableau Cloud, managing Tableau spaces and data sources;
• Create and monitor ETL activities for Tableau performance’s improvement;
• Design, Processing, Improvement and automation of our product and commercial analytics;
• Collect, transform and analyse players activity, segments behavior and distribution of main KPIs using SQL and Python;
• Automation in financial reporting processes, using SQL, Python or equal;
• Monthly / Quarterly at a glance reports around corporate performance;
• Processing custom analytical requests for GameDev & Promo team.

Required Skills:

• 5y+ proven experience in BI reporting and data analysis in a tech-product company;
• Advanced knowledge of Tableau stack (Desktop, Cloud, Bridge);
• Advanced knowledge of SQL and Python;
• Strong proficiency in database management systems (DBMS) such as MariaDB, MySQL, Clickhouse is required;
• Strong presentation and data visualisation skills and great attention to details;
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate both with engineers and stakeholders to solve problems;
• Ability to describe complex topics in a simple terminology;
• Good problem-solving skills and a high level of self-sufficiency;
• English B2 at least.

Preferred Skills:

• Bachelor degree in Economics and/or STEM degree are welcomed;
• Experience with the online gambling industry domain;
• Practical experience with workflow management tools (Jira), collaboration software (Confluence).

Work conditions:

• Remote work from EU
• Flexible 8-hour workday, typically between 9:00 - 18:00 CET
• Five working days, Monday to Friday
• Public holidays observed according to Ukrainian legislation
• Business trips to Bratislava every 3-6 months (company provides compensation of expenses)
