We are looking for a Product Manager to join our team.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience as a Product Manager in digital products (B2B, B2C, SaaS or platforms).
- Experience working with CRM systems, user segmentation and lifecycle communication.
- Strong understanding of product management fundamentals: discovery, delivery, hypothesis-driven development.
- Experience working with product metrics.
- Practical experience in hypothesis formulation, validation and experimentation (A/B tests, MVPs, feature launches).
- Solid understanding of prioritization frameworks (RICE, ICE, WSJF or similar) and backlog management.
- Experience working closely with cross-functional teams: engineering, design, analytics, business analysts, business stakeholders.
- Ability to clearly document product requirements, user flows and product decisions.
- Strong analytical and structured thinking, ability to make data-informed decisions.
- Good communication skills and ability to explain product decisions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- English level sufficient for work documentation.
Will be plus:
- Hands-on experience with analytics tools (e.g. GA, Amplitude, Mixpanel, internal BI tools).
- Experience in iGaming, betting or related high-load consumer products.
Responsibilities:
- Owning and developing product features or product areas end-to-end: from problem discovery to delivery and iteration.
- Collaborating with stakeholders to identify user problems, business needs and opportunities for product improvements.
- Formulating product hypotheses, defining success metrics and validating solutions through experiments.
- Managing and prioritizing the product backlog based on value, impact and business goals.
- Working closely with business analysis, engineering and design teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
- Monitoring product performance using metrics and analytics, generating insights and proposing improvements.
- Participating in roadmap planning and aligning product initiatives with overall product strategy.
- Collecting and analyzing user feedback, incidents and product data to continuously improve the product.
