Build an affiliate channel around valuable partnerships, quality traffic and sustainable growth.
We are looking for a Head of Affiliate to lead partner acquisition and development across LATAM. The role requires a strong commercial mindset, an understanding of affiliate economics and the ability to turn relationships into consistent business results.
You will work across the full partnership cycle: market mapping, outreach, negotiations, launch, optimisation and long-term development.
What you will do:
• Develop an affiliate growth strategy for priority LATAM markets.
• Identify and attract relevant affiliates, publishers and media buying teams.
• Negotiate CPA, RevShare and Hybrid agreements based on traffic quality and unit economics.
• Build a structured partner pipeline and prioritise commercial opportunities.
• Coordinate partner onboarding, tracking setup and campaign launches.
• Analyse partner performance beyond registrations and first deposits.
• Monitor player quality, retention, revenue contribution and payback.
• Identify underperforming sources and agree on optimisation plans.
• Work with analytics, product, finance and risk teams on tracking, reconciliation and traffic quality.
• Establish clear workflows, reporting and performance standards for the affiliate function.
What we are looking for:
• Experience in affiliate marketing within online casino or sportsbook.
• Practical experience acquiring and developing partners in LATAM.
• Experience leading an affiliate function, team or market direction.
• Strong negotiation skills and understanding of CPA, RevShare and Hybrid models.
• Ability to assess partner performance using commercial and player-quality metrics.
• Understanding of tracking, attribution and common traffic-quality issues.
• Evidence of partnerships you personally sourced, launched or scaled.
• Willingness to stay involved in negotiations and key partner relationships.
What makes this role interesting:
• Responsibility for both partner development and channel performance.
• A regional focus with room for a market-specific approach.
• Commercial decisions supported by player-quality and revenue data.
• The opportunity to build repeatable processes around a relationship-driven channel.
To apply, share your CV and a brief example of a LATAM partnership you personally developed, including your role and the business outcome.
