    Main tasks:

    Performance Monitoring & Accountability

    1. Track and analyze Account Executive performance against their goals and targets
    2. Review sales pipeline activity and progress regularly
    3. Identify performance gaps early - missed goals or at-risk opportunities
    4. Ensure adherence to sales processes, reporting standards, and activity expectations 

       

    Operational Support & Escalation

    1. Report performance problems or skill gaps to senior sales leadership so they can provide coaching
    2. Identify and remove administrative or operational barriers that slow down Account Executives

    2. You will hold Account Executives responsible for results, address missed goals, and confidently confront non-compliance without accepting excuses, while maintaining professionalism and respect.
    3. You will handle difficult conversations calmly and professionally, gaining cooperation without direct authority.
    4. You will make timely decisions and escalate issues when needed to protect revenue and client relationships.

    • B2C Growth: Directly engage high-net-worth creators to migrate their business banking to MilX Banking.
