    Position Overview

    We are looking for an Outbound Sales Representative to join our high-performing sales team. In this role, you will proactively identify, engage, and convert potential customers through outbound outreach. This is a high-ticket sales environment where strategic prospecting, strong communication skills, and consistent follow-ups are key to success. Strong performance is rewarded with competitive, performance-based bonuses.

    This is a full-time, remote contract position.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Outbound Sales Outreach: Proactively reach out to potential clients via calls, email, and other approved channels to generate interest and book qualified sales conversations.
    • Pipeline Development: Build and maintain a healthy outbound pipeline through consistent prospecting and follow-ups.
      Sales Conversion: Qualify prospects, present ELVTR’s high-ticket educational offerings, and close deals.
    • CRM Management: Accurately log all outreach activities, conversations, and outcomes in the CRM system.
      Performance Tracking: Monitor personal sales metrics and continuously work toward exceeding targets.
    • Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and sales leadership to align outreach strategies and messaging.
    • Market Feedback: Share insights from outbound conversations to help improve messaging, targeting, and product positioning.

    Requirements

    • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
      Language Proficiency: Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
    • Outbound Sales Experience: Prior experience in outbound sales, lead generation, or prospectingβ€”ideally in a high-ticket or consultative sales environment.
    • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRM systems, sales engagement tools, and modern online communication platforms.
    • Strong Cognitive Skills: Ability to understand and discuss complex educational products with a well-educated audience.
    • Time Management: Proven ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

    • Oversee VIP team tasks in Jira, ensuring adherence to deadlines, SLAs, response times, and execution quality. 
    • Collect and analyze feedback from the team regarding workflows, campaigns, communications, and player interactions. 
    • Collaborate closely with Marketing, CRM, Product, Anti-Fraud, and Customer Support teams. 
    • Continuously improve VIP processes and implement best practices.

     

    Required Skills & Experience: 

    • Proven experience in iGaming within the VIP segment (VIP Manager / Senior VIP Manager / VIP Team Lead), including at least 2 years of Team Lead experience.
    • Previous team leadership experience or a role with strong people-management responsibilities. 
    • Deep understanding of VIP player behavior, motivation, and high-touch service standards. 
    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with KPIs and segment-level metrics. 
    • Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage conflict situations and escalations effectively. 
    • Strong written and spoken English for communication with both players and internal teams.

     

    Nice to Have: 

    • Hands-on experience with Jira, CRM systems, VIP platforms, and analytical dashboards.
