We are expanding our team and looking for a Project Manager to support new upcoming projects. You will lead delivery from brief to launch, ensuring alignment, clarity, and on-time execution across teams.

PMO Team: PM Lead, 7 PMs

Project Load: Up to 4-5 concurrent projects (2 main, 2 support), typically 3–6 months in duration

Teams: In-house teams, usually around 5 people per project

Requirements:

• 3+ years of commercial Project Management experience working with design and development teams
• Understanding of web apps and mobile design and development processes
• Proven experience in successful project delivery, meeting scope, budget, timeline, and quality expectations
• Strong knowledge of SDLC and project management methodologies
• Proven experience in preparing project documentation, including roadmaps, milestones, timelines, and project reports
• Effective communication skills when working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Strong time management, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Advanced English, both spoken and written (B2+ minimum)

Responsibilities:

• Lead projects (web and mobile apps design and development) from brief to launch
• Prepare project timelines and roadmaps to ensure successful delivery
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define scope, objectives, and deliverables for each project or iteration
• Monitor task completion, team workload, and project progress while proactively removing roadblocks
• Maintain clear and up-to-date project documentation
• Manage expectations both internally and externally
• Identify and resolve issues that arise during project execution
• Ensure team alignment around shared goals and priorities

Requirements:

— 5+ years of experience in IT project management
— Experience working in blockchain or Web3 projects.
— Familiarity with Ethereum ecosystem or DeFi
— General understanding of blockchain and Web3 concepts
— Fluent Ukrainian (native or near-native proficiency) and English at Upper-Intermediate level or higher.
— Strong experience with Agile/Scrum processes and delivery planning along with prioritization and time-management skills
— Excellent communication skills for effective stakeholder management
— Ability to maintain project schedule and keep team focus
— Flexibility and readiness to perform in fast moving startup environment
— Strong ownership mindset and ability to drive initiatives from planning to execution
— Experience with AI tools to reduce/avoid bottlenecks and increase productivity
— Experience in People management: 1on1s, performance evaluation, etc.
— Experience in budgeting: budget projection, cost tracking and invoicing process
 

Responsibilities:

— Manage multiple workstreams across the Whitechain ecosystem and maintain a clear roadmap aligned with leadership priorities.
— Track progress across engineering teams and ensure delivery against defined deadlines or milestones.
— Identify dependencies, risks, and blockers across teams and drive their resolution.
— Maintain project visibility and provide regular status updates for leadership and stakeholders.
— Organize and facilitate planning and coordination processes (sprint planning, progress reviews, retrospectives).
— Maintain project documentation including roadmaps, task boards, and internal planning artifacts.
— Coordinate communication between internal teams and external teams/partners.
— Support the launch and execution of new initiatives across the Whitechain ecosystem.
— Improve internal project management processes as the team and scope of work grow.

 

Would be a plus:
— Experience coordinating external integrations or ecosystem initiatives.
— Experience with project management tools such as Jira, JPD, Confluence etc.
