This is not a process-administration role - it is a delivery-acceleration role. The PMO owns delivery predictability, capacity strategy, the automation roadmap and operational performance, and reports operational health directly to the Head of Product and executives.
 

Requirements

• 4+ years in PMO / delivery management / operations, with at least 2 years owning delivery across multiple teams or a portfolio of projects.
• Proven track record of improving delivery predictability (on-time delivery, commitment accuracy) with before/after metrics.
• Hands-on experience driving automation of operational workflows with measurable impact (hours / cost saved).
• Capacity planning and forecasting experience across multiple teams.
• Strong executive communication - able to translate operational reality into business-level reporting and recommendations.
• Deep understanding of operational and delivery metrics (delivery predictability, capacity utilization, lead time, cycle time, time-to-market, automation ROI, etc.) and the ability to use data as a foundation for strategic discussions with C-level and senior stakeholders.
• Upper-Intermediate+ English (written and spoken).
   

Responsibilities

• Own the PMO operating model and evolve its scope based on business outcomes.
• Drive delivery predictability across product and operational teams (sprint / quarter / roadmap level).
• Forecast and balance capacity across teams; surface and resolve overallocation and under-utilization.
• Own the automation roadmap end-to-end; reduce time-to-market across features, GEOs, integrations and brands.
• Identify and remove systemic delivery and operational bottlenecks.
• Maintain a single source of truth for delivery, capacity, automation and process health; report to the Head of Product and executives.

We are seeking a highly motivated  Project Manager to join our dynamic team. This role is perfect for someone eager to grow their project management skills in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving environment. You will have the opportunity to work closely with Senior Project Manager and cross-functional teams, gaining hands-on experience while managing smaller projects and supporting larger initiatives. This role offers excellent growth potential, with a focus on learning and development. 

Responsibilities: 

• Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of multiple projects in parallel. 
• Work alongside senior project managers to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget. 
• Develop project documentation including project plans, timelines, and status reports. 
• Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements, track progress, and communicate project updates. 
• Assist in identifying project risks and developing mitigation strategies. 
• Support the team in maintaining and improving project management processes. 
• Participate in team meetings, providing input on project status and suggesting improvements. 
• Gain knowledge of various project management tools and methodologies. 

Skills & Qualifications: 

• Knowledge of English - Advanced
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, or related field will be a plus. 
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. 
• Eagerness to learn and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment. 
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 

• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. 
• Basic understanding of project management principles and tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Trello). 
• Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail. 
• Strong analytical, planning, and organizational skills with an ability to manage competing demands; 
• Good negotiation skills, knowledge of business etiquette, excellent communication skills; 
• Strong team orientation and the ability to build cohesiveness to achieve results.

Requirements:

Location: ONLY POLAND, WROCLAW
 

• 0.5 years of experience in a coordination or administrative role in IT
• English — at least Upper-Intermediate (B2) level
• Ukrainian — Fluent / Native-level proficiency (C2)
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Software development lifecycle understanding
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in tools like Excel, Office of Google Docs, Jira, Trello or similar, and Slack.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the planning and execution of team meetings, events, and activities
• Coordinate schedules and manage calendars for team members: monitor team vacations, office leaves and sick leaves, update customers in a timely manner
• Organize and maintain documentation and reports related to team activities: management of internal tracking System Synebo Home
• Provide monthly reports of the team’s project to the finance department and customer
• Facilitate communication within the team to ensure alignment on objectives and deliverables
• Support the onboarding process for new team members, providing them with the necessary resources and guidance
• Act as a liaison between team members and other departments, ensuring effective collaboration
• Working together with a Head of Delivery and Account Managers in a resource planning
• Organize Team Buildings

Will be plus:

• Experience in project management or team coordination
• Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, or similar)
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
• Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
• Basic understanding of project management methodologies
• Experience with virtual communication tools (e.g., Zoom, Slack)
• Experience with CRM will be a Plus ( Hubspot, Salesforce)
