At Mettevo, we build high-quality web solutions for clients worldwide. We are looking for a Project Manager who will take ownership of web development projects and ensure smooth delivery from kickoff to launch.

You will work closely with designers, developers, copywriters, and clients to align expectations, manage timelines, and deliver results that meet both business goals and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage web development projects end-to-end, from initiation to delivery.
• Define and maintain project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables in collaboration with clients and internal teams.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams (design, development, content) to ensure efficient execution.
• Track project progress, proactively identify risks and blockers, and implement solutions.
• Communicate with clients on a regular basis: status updates, feedback collection, and expectation management.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Maintain clear project documentation and reporting using project management tools.
• Foster a collaborative, transparent, and results-driven team environment.

Requirements

• 1+ year of experience in project management, preferably in web development or digital agency environments.
• English level: Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
• Hands-on experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, ClickUp, Trello, Asana) is a strong plus.
• Understanding of Agile / Scrum methodologies is a plus.
