Qualifications:

• 3+ years of proven experience as a Project Manager in an IT environment, ideally within a small to medium-sized company, with a demonstrated track record of building strong client relationships and achieving high client satisfaction.
• Solid understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall) and experience applying them effectively.
• Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Trello, Monday.com,).
• Strong technical aptitude with a good grasp of software development lifecycles (SDLC) and general IT concepts. The ability to write and understand Python code is a significant plus, but not required. 
• Exceptional communication (written and verbal), interpersonal, and presentation skills, with particular strength in active listening, empathy, and clear articulation of complex technical information to non-technical clients.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues with client impact in mind.

About the Role

We are looking for a Project Manager to oversee and coordinate multiple projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business goals. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage teams and communicate effectively with both internal stakeholders and customers.
 

Responsibilities

• Conduct and facilitate daily stand-up meetings
• Ensure the team adheres to the full SDLC process

This is not a classic Product Manager position.

We are looking for a strong Product Owner / Head of Product / Operational Product Lead who can take full ownership of the product (from idea to ready to ship condition), build systems, manage technical execution, and significantly reduce operational dependency on the founder.

As a Junior Product Manager within our agency-facing product group, you will own the roadmap and delivery of specific projects across LoopMe's several platforms, including the LoopMe DSP, DMP and Audience and Measurement platform.
