Middle Product manager

Pine Software Technology Ltd is a software company specializing in trading technology solutions for regulated brokers and trading firms. We build SaaS products that support electronic trading, brokerage operations, risk management, and financial data analysis. We are looking for an Middle Product manager to join our team.

Job responsibilities:
- Full understanding of how and why product is operating
- Backlog fulfillment
- Sprint planning (+ other Scrum team ceremonies facilitation)
- Release and delivery management if delegated
- Interaction with bug reports and help in resolving
- Sanity testing of new features and their validation
- Constant work with DEV team on current tasks
- Working with end users (research: interviews, surveys, feedbacks, bugreports)
- Collaboration with Product team, UI/UX designer/researcher
- Creation of documentation if needed

Required skills:

- Product management, business development - 2+ years
- Research, market and business analysis, strategic planning and processes optimization - 2+ years

- Hands on experience in IT development/any experience in coding would be a plus;

- Hands-on experience with technologies: Jira, Confluence, Miro, Product management theoretical knowledge, Scrum, SDLC knowledge

- Strong communicational skills

- English: B1 or higher

- Ukrainian: Fluent
