Project Manager

About the Role

We are looking for a Project Manager to oversee and coordinate multiple projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business goals. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage teams and communicate effectively with both internal stakeholders and customers.
 

Responsibilities

• Conduct and facilitate daily stand-up meetings
• Ensure the team adheres to the full SDLC process
• Monitor and enforce timely updates in JIRA, making sure tasks and timesheets are properly tracked and reported
• Create, assign, and follow up on tasks in JIRA
• Prepare and deliver regular reports to C-level management on project status, release plans, scope, timelines, and risks (including delays if expected)
• Maintain project documentation, gather and clarify requirements
• Drive and facilitate backlog refinement sessions
• Manage and maintain customer-facing boards, ensuring transparency and clarity of progress
• Participate in candidate interviews as part of the recruitment process
   

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in software development projects
• Proven experience working with Jira
• Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools (such as Jira, Confluence, etc.)
• Strong communication skills: ability to liaise between technical and non-technical teams, ensuring clear understanding of project goals
• Understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies
• Intermediate (B1+) English level or higher
• Maintain clear and proactive communication with clients and internal teams on timelines, milestones, and deliverables
• Strong prioritization and planning skills
• Experience participating in or supporting the recruitment process
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Nice to have

• Ability to create diagrams in Draw.io (or similar tools)
• Basic technical knowledge (SDLC, Frontend/Backend concepts, APIs)
• Basic understanding of the EV Charging domain
