Project Manager

We are a service IT company building web applications for international clients since 2018. Our team works on diverse projects - from SaaS platforms and marketplaces to data-heavy analytics dashboards. We're looking for a Junior Project Manager to join our team and grow with us.
 

What you'll be doing

• Managing 2–4 web development projects in parallel — from kickoff to delivery
• Daily communication with international clients (calls, written updates, meetings)
• Coordinating cross-functional teams (developers, designers, QA)
• Planning sprints, breaking down tasks, tracking progress and deadlines
• Maintaining project documentation, status reports, and client communications
• Identifying risks early and proposing solutions before they become problems
• Working closely with the founder on resource planning and team allocation
   

Required skills

• 1–2 years of experience as a Project Manager in IT / web development
• English: Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher — comfortable on calls and in writing with clients
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Solid understanding of the project lifecycle (initiation → planning → execution → closure)
• Working knowledge of Agile methodologies - Scrum and Kanban
• Hands-on experience with project management tools - Jira, Trello, ClickUp, Asana, or similar
• Familiarity with CRM systems and basic principles of client relationship management
• General understanding of web technologies (frontend / backend / databases / APIs) - enough to talk with developers and clients confidently
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and stay calm under pressure
• Proactive mindset - taking ownership instead of waiting for instructions
   

Nice to have

• Experience with time-tracking tools (Toggl, Clockify, Harvest)
• Basic understanding of estimation techniques and budget tracking
• Experience working with international clients (EU, UK, US)
• Familiarity with Figma or other design collaboration tools
• Knowledge of Git basics - branches, merges, releases
• Any PM certification (PMP, Prince2, Scrum Master) - not required but a plus
