Your key accountabilities and responsibilities will include:

• Work with Recruiters to define and clarify hiring needs — search, identify and attract the best talents for open and future vacancies;
• Independent search for candidates (in Linkedin, GitHub, DOU, Telegram, etc.);
• Identify new channels for finding the best candidates;
• Develop talent pool for future hiring needs;
• Create and maintain the pipeline of qualified candidates through continuous sourcing.
