Що буде Вашим фокусом:

• Пошук та відбір талановитих інженерів, розробників, менеджерів у відділ R&D;
• Використання рекрутингових CRM систем для систематизації та оптимізації процесів набору персоналу;
• Розробка та оптимізація процесів рекрутингу для забезпечення швидкого та ефективного набору персоналу;
• Проведення співбесід, оцінка потенційних кандидатів та визначення їх відповідності вимогам компанії;
• Взаємодія з існуючими співробітниками для визначення потреб у вакансіях та обговорення вимог до нових співробітників;
• Забезпечення позитивного досвіду взаємодії для кожного кандидата, незалежно від результату співбесіди.

Що для нас важливо:

• Досвід у сфері рекрутингу та підбору персоналу (бажано із IT / R&D вакансіями);
• Знання різних методів пошуку та відбору кандидатів;
• Досвід використання рекрутингових CRM систем для організації робочого процесу;

Що буде вашим фокусом:

• Супровід новачків під час адаптації та психологічна підтримка в перші місяці;
• Контроль проходження етапів 15-30-60 днів, скорочення загального часу адаптації;
• Виявлення незадоволеності в команді та моніторинг перших ознак вигорання R&D;
• Розробка та впровадження планів утримання;
• Запуск процесів Performance Review та аналіз результатів оцінювання;
• Контроль фінансової мотивації співробітників;
• Облік робочого часу, відпусток та лікарняних;
• Оформлення овертаймів та ведення графіку.

Що важливо для цієї ролі:

• Досвід роботи від 1 року на позиції HR People Partner або HR Generalist;
• Сильна емпатія та розвинені навички психологічної підтримки та медіації;
• Розуміння процесів Performance Review, оцінки залученості та побудови планів утримання (Retention plans);
• Організованість у веденні HR-обліку.
