    What You’ll Do

    • Identify and approach high-potential tech candidates for clients on both local and international markets.
    • Build and maintain a pipeline of passive and active candidates using LinkedIn, GitHub, job boards, Boolean search, and other channels.
    • Conduct initial outreach and qualification conversations to assess candidate fit.
    • Keep our ATS and candidate database up to date; track status and hand off qualified profiles to recruiters.
    • Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements and refine sourcing strategies.
       

    What We’re Looking For

    • Schedule: Day shift from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM (aligned with U.S. market hours)

    Main Responsibilities:

    • Monitor HR processes and prepare regular reports (HR and Recruitment metrics).
    • Own employee lifecycle: onboarding/offboarding, probation tracking, adaptation, 1:1s, assessment.
    • Shape and scale corporate culture, engagement, and internal communications.
    • Design and roll out HR initiatives (HR policy development, people engagement, wellbeing etc.).
