HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

• Develop and present tailored partnership proposals, effectively negotiating terms to build mutually beneficial agreements with new and existing affiliates.
• Guide and support partners through every stage of the partnership, ensuring a seamless experience and fostering strong, long-term relationships.
• Drive retention and motivation among existing partners by creating customized offers for different partner segments, and implementing a loyalty system for high-potential affiliates.
• Monitor and ensure the quality and compliance of affiliate-posted materials, upholding brand standards and message consistency.
• Analyze partner traffic to establish a comprehensive reporting system, leveraging insights to optimize strategy and drive improvements in key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Analyze key performance metrics (ROI, LTV, NGR, GGR, ARPU, ROAS, etc.) and implement strategies to improve their efficiency and overall profitability.
• Increase customer acquisition by driving higher traffic flow from partner sites to our products.
  Achieve and exceed KPIs related to acquiring new clients and partners, setting the bar for growth and performance.
• Use CRM tools to accurately track, maintain, and manage all partner contacts, ensuring up-to-date records and efficient communication.
   

WHAT WILL HELP YOU SUCCEED IN THE ROLE

• Minimum of 1,5 years of proven experience in affiliate marketing within the iGaming and Betting industry (Tier-1)
•  English B2+.
• Strong analytical skills to evaluate and optimize traffic funnels, identifying the most effective paths to conversion.
• Proficiency in creating clear and detailed technical tasks for developers and designers.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple partners and projects effectively.
• Your soft skills, as well as negotiation skills, should be top-notch.
• You are available to travel and attend the conferences.

We need a structured, systems-driven professional who knows how to build B2B SMM from the ground up to convert social media traffic into leads, active users, and brand trust.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• End-to-End Social Media Management (X, LinkedIn, YouTube):
  • Create high-quality content across all funnel stages (ToFu, MoFu, BoFu) to drive lead generation and build brand trust.
• Founder Personal Branding:
  • Build and manage content for our founder's personal brand on X and LinkedIn.
  • In the future: Scale this into a content engine for other key team members (co-founder, BD team, etc.).

🛠 What You’ll Need for This Role

• Strong Copywriting Skills: Ability to craft precise messaging for our target audience and understand the clear purpose behind every piece of content.
• AI-Powered Content Creation: Hands-on experience using AI tools to generate visuals, videos, and banners. (We also have in-house designers and resources to bring in extra help or tools whenever needed).
• B2B Audience Understanding: Tailoring content to a business audience (founders, CFOs, Ops leads). Prior experience in FinTech / B2B SaaS is a huge plus.
• Base Knowledge of Web3 / Crypto / Blockchain: Industry experience is a major advantage.
• Ownership Mindset: You fully own your domain and know how to drive it toward tangible, measurable results.
• Data-Driven Approach: Ability to build analytics, track metrics, and measure results coming from SMM channels.
• English Proficiency (B2+): All content is written in English, so a strong grasp of the language and nuances is essential. You'll also use English for written comms and a few weekly syncs. (Note: You'll work closely with an all-Ukrainian marketing team).
