    Your responsibilities will include:

    • Managing and scaling user acquisition channels, with a strong focus on paid traffic (Meta, Google, etc.) and SEO as a long-term growth driver
    • Designing, launching, and improving end-to-end marketing funnels, identifying bottlenecks and scaling the most effective flows
    • Developing and testing creatives, messages, and value propositions to continuously improve acquisition performance
    • Improving landing pages and website conversion: structure, copy, offers, CTAs, UX, and user triggers
    • Owning the experimentation process: setting up A/B tests, analyzing results, documenting learnings, and rolling out successful solutions
    • Working deeply with analytics and performance metrics (CR, CPA, CAC, ROAS, LTV), turning data into clear growth actions
    • Monitoring and analyzing competitor acquisition strategies, creatives, and funnels to identify new opportunities
    • Collaborating closely with Product and Tech teams on launches, website improvements, and growth initiatives

       

    Requirements:

    • 3-4+ years of hands-on experience in user acquisition for a B2B niche (paid traffic, funnel setup and optimization, continuous A/B testing)
    • Strong understanding of funnel and revenue metrics (CR, CPA, CAC, LTV, ROAS, etc.) and proven ability to improve them through experimentation
    • System thinking combined with a hands-on approach: from building funnels to optimizing and scaling them
    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with data, derive insights, and make data-driven decisions
    • Experience in hypothesis-driven growth: launching experiments fast, documenting results, and scaling what works
    • Ownership mindset and ability to independently drive acquisition initiatives
