About the Role

OVERVIEW

This is a high-impact, client-facing role responsible for the overall success and revenue growth of our eCommerce clients. You will be the "brain" behind the assigned accounts, developing high-level strategies, managing the creative team (copywriter, designer, and technician), and ensuring every campaign hits our quality and performance benchmarks. This is a full-time, remote, long-term position for a leader who thrives on hitting KPIs and building strong client relationships.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

Strategy Development

Audit client accounts to identify gaps. Create 30/60/90-day roadmaps. Plan monthly campaign calendars and flow optimizations that align with the client’s brand voice and revenue goals.

Team Management

Lead the production cycle. Brief the copywriter and designer on new tasks. Oversee the Klaviyo technician to ensure flawless implementation. Double-check everything before it goes live.

Client Communication

Act as the primary point of contact. Lead monthly/bi-weekly strategy calls. Present reports, explain data-driven decisions, and manage client expectations.

Reporting & Analytics

Analyze performance metrics. Use data to adjust strategies, run A/B tests, and consistently improve the performance.

Project Management

Keep all projects on track using Asana/Slack. Ensure deadlines are met by the creative team and that the client is always updated on progress.

Retention Ecosystem Growth

Beyond just "emails," look at the bigger picture. Suggest SMS strategies, loyalty programs, or list-growth tactics (pop-up optimizations, etc.) to maximize the LTV of the client’s customers.

EVALUATION METRICS

Account Performance

Achieve and maintain target revenue goals for assigned accounts (typically 25%+ of total store revenue from email/SMS).

Retention & Satisfaction

Maintain high client retention rates. Receive positive feedback on communication and strategic proactiveness.

Team Efficiency

Ensure the creative team (copy, design, technician) meets their deadlines through clear briefing and organized management.

Communication

Respond to client and team messages within 15 mins during work hours. Be available for occasional urgent client needs after work hours.

SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

eCommerce Strategy & Retention

Deep expertise in Klaviyo and the eCommerce retention ecosystem. You have at least 2 years of experience managing high-growth email and SMS programs, with a proven track record of driving revenue for D2C brands.

English

Advanced/Fluent. You must be comfortable leading video calls with US-based brands. Plus, day-to-day communication in Slack, occasional Loom videos.

Project Management

The ability to manage a creative workflow from start to finish. You know how to brief a team clearly, manage tight deadlines, and provide the constructive feedback necessary to get the best results from the team.

Analytical Mindset

Highly data-driven. You can accurately read and analyze account metrics to identify trends, diagnose performance issues, and make strategic adjustments.

Proactive & Solutions-First

You don't wait for instructions. If a client's revenue is down, you are already coming to the meeting with three solutions to fix it.

Availability

Available to work Kyiv time, 9:00 to 18:00 (Monday-Friday).

Technical setup

Stable internet connection and proper working setup (backup power source for locations with frequent power outages).

SALARY

Starting at $2,000-2,500 USD per month.

TRIAL PERIOD

The role includes a 30 day paid trial period. This period is used to see how we work together and to help the candidate understand our standards, required speed, and daily responsibilities. If the trial is successfully completed, it is paid at 100% of the agreed salary. If it is not completed successfully, it is paid at 50%. We actively support candidates during the trial and are interested in you completing it successfully.

As EverHelp is constantly growing, we are in search of a Growth Marketing Specialist to join one of our client projects — a global EdTech product where children learn languages. The mission of this role is to build and scale the B2C growth engine and drive revenue growth through acquisition, conversion, and organic channels.

The working schedule is full-time (8 hours/day), with at least 6 hours of overlap with CET business hours.

Important! It’s a contract-based cooperation with the opportunity to transition to long-term collaboration after 6 months.

Your future responsibilities include:

• Optimize marketing funnels and conversion rates to increase user acquisition and convert trial users into paying customers;
• Plan, launch, and manage paid campaigns across Google Ads and Meta;
• Develop and implement SEO and ASO strategies;
• Transform the existing video content library into high-performing short-form content for platforms such as TikTok, Reels, and YouTube Shorts;
• Design and launch referral programs to drive user-generated growth;
• Build and maintain marketing analytics systems to track and report performance;
• Collaborate directly with the founder and participate in monthly strategy reviews to define growth direction.

Needed experience & skills:

• 3–5 years of experience in B2C growth marketing (EdTech, SaaS, or subscription-based products preferred);
• English level — Upper-Intermediate or higher (French is a plus);
• Strong expertise in Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO);
• Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta campaigns;
• Experience with SEO strategy development and content-driven growth;
• Familiarity with App Store Optimization (ASO);
• Experience working with marketing analytics and performance tracking;
• Ability to actively use AI tools to optimize and automate workflows.

Role Overview
We are looking for a strategic, results-driven Marketing Generalist to lead our efforts in the B2B IT sector. Your mission is to build a scalable lead generation engine and grow our brand’s presence. Instead of "just writing posts" or “managing campaigns” you will be the architect of our marketing system - managing resources, setting clear TAs for specialists, and ensuring every dollar spent translates into business growth.

Core Responsibilities

• Strategy & Funnels: Engineer and execute a predictable multichannel B2B sales funnel. You will oversee all top-of-funnel mechanisms to ensure a steady flow of sales qualified leads.
• Team & Resource Management: Manage contractors (Copywriters, Designers, Ad Specialists). You define the strategic "What" and "Why," and hold them accountable for delivering the "How" on time and at scale.
• SEO & Content Management: Oversee our technical and on page SEO strategy. Manage the content calendar to ensure high value assets (White Papers, Case Studies) are produced timely.
• Account-Based Marketing (ABM): Collaborating with the Sales team to identify key high-value targets and executing personalized marketing campaigns to penetrate specific Enterprise accounts.
• Event Marketing: Lead the strategic preparation for industry exhibitions, conferences, and business trips to maximize lead capture.
• PR & Media Relations: Build the company’s authority by securing placements in niche IT media.
• Performance Analytics: Track and report on ROMI, CPL, pipeline contribution using GA4, CRM (HubSpot or Pipedrive), and Search Console to ensure the strategy remains adaptable.

Hard Skills

• Experience: 3+ years in IT Marketing (Software Engineering, System Integration, or Consulting).
• Track Record: Proven success in B2B and Enterprise marketing, navigating long sales cycles and high ticket deals.
• Methodologies & Business Metrics: You can operate revenue level metrics (ROMI, CAC to LTV ratio, Pipeline Velocity) and implement advanced B2B frameworks - such as multi touch attribution and precise lead scoring, ensuring a predictable transition from MQL to SQL.
• Performance Analytics & Tools: Deep proficiency in transitioning from standard CRM or GA4 dashboards to high level BI visualization (e.g., Looker Studio). Familiarity with B2B attribution software or Intent Data and ABM platforms is a strong advantage.
• Proactive Autonomy: You do not wait for a map; you identify bottlenecks and independently engineer the systems required to solve them.
• Language: English at an Upper Intermediate level or higher (written and spoken).
