ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a hands-on CRM / Retention Manager to build and scale player lifecycle communications from the ground up.

You will be responsible for setting up CRM processes, launching multi-channel campaigns, and continuously optimizing retention performance. This role requires a strong ownership mindset and close collaboration with product and casino teams.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

We are looking for a Head of Media Buying to lead our acquisition strategy, manage performance marketing activities, and scale profitable traffic sources across international markets.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute media buying strategy across multiple traffic channels
• Lead and grow the media buying team
• Manage large advertising budgets and optimize campaign performance
• Scale profitable traffic sources while maintaining ROI targets
• Analyze campaign performance and identify growth opportunities
• Collaborate with Product, Analytics, CRM, and Affiliate teams
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and emerging traffic sources
• Build reporting frameworks and performance dashboards

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in performance marketing or media buying within iGaming
• Proven experience managing significant advertising budgets
• Strong knowledge of Facebook, Google, Native, Push, Pop, and other traffic channels
• Deep understanding of ROI, CAC, LTV, and attribution models
• Strong analytical and leadership skills
• Experience working with LATAM markets is highly preferred
