    We are looking for an Affiliate Manager who can build long-term partner relationships, work confidently with numbers, and understands the specifics of CPA Dating.

     

    Responsibilities

    • Attract and onboard new affiliates and media buying teams
    • Manage and grow existing partners: daily support, consulting, offer upsell
    • Negotiate rates, CPA / CPL models, bonuses, and special conditions
    • Monitor traffic quality: CR, retention, fraud analysis
    • Optimize partner performance and select the most effective offers
    • Maintain regular communication with partners (Telegram / Skype / Email)
    • Keep reporting in CRM systems and Google Sheets
    • Run A/B tests, analyze traffic sources and conversions
    • Monitor competitors and market trends

     

    Requirements

    • 1+ year of experience as an Affiliate Manager in CPA Dating
    • Solid understanding of CPA and CPL models
    • Knowledge of key metrics: Click2Reg, Reg2Dep, CR, ROI, LTV, eCPA
    • Confident communication with affiliates (Telegram / Skype)
    • Strong negotiation skills and ability to close deals
