We are looking for a Native Ads Specialist to scale high-performing funnels across Native traffic sources (Taboola, Outbrain, MGID, etc.).

You will be responsible for launching, optimizing, and scaling campaigns with a strong focus on ROI, creative testing, and funnel performance.

 

⚡ Responsibilities

• Launch and scale campaigns on Native platforms (Taboola, Outbrain, MGID, Revcontent)
• Build and optimize funnels (Advertorial → Prelander → LP → Conversion)
• Generate and test hypotheses (angles, creatives, headlines, hooks)
• Manage budgets and optimize towards CPA / ROI / ROAS
• Analyze performance (CTR, CPC, CVR, EPC, ROI)
• Work closely with copywriters and designers to produce creatives
• Test new GEOs, funnels, and offers
• Monitor campaign stability and scale winning setups

✅ Requirements

We are looking for a talented and experienced Paid Media Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in planning and executing effective multichannel digital campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and more. They should understand how to optimize each channel and know how to effectively measure performance. It is important to us that the candidate has experience working with service companies in the B2C segment, as well as practical experience in launching and optimizing advertising campaigns in Amazon Ads, with an understanding of key performance metrics.

Key Responsibilities

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field
• Minimum of 2+ years of experience in a marketing agency managing digital media campaigns for multiple clients
• Proven experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Microsoft Ads, and other PPC and display advertising platforms
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
• Ability to create tailored campaigns for clients’ specific markets
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in analytical tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, and others
• Creative mindset for developing engaging ad content
• Strong project management and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment

• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
