Твій ідеальний профіль
Must-have:

 

• 6+ років досвіду з Microsoft SQL Server (DB Engine, SSIS, SSRS, SSAS) у ролі розробника.
• 3+ роки досвіду у проектуванні та побудові сховищ даних (DWH).
• Глибоке розуміння реляційних БД, сховищ даних, ETL-методологій.
• Досвід оптимізації складних SQL-запитів, аналізу Query Execution Plan.
• Практичний досвід роботи з великими та високонавантаженими базами даних (5–10+ ТБ).

Що ти робитимеш:

• Проектування та розробка Data Warehouse (DWH) на базі Microsoft SQL Server.
• Розробка, оптимізація та підтримка ETL-процесів (SSIS / T-SQL).
• Підтримка та розвиток внутрішнього Core Engine компанії.
• Написання та рефакторинг functions, stored procedures, triggers, views, CTEs, calculations, постійна оптимізація коду.
• Аналіз та оптимізація execution plans для досягнення максимальної продуктивності.
• Проектування інтеграційної взаємодії систем, розробка сервісів інтеграції та обміну даними з іншими ІС.
• Тісна співпраця з командами розробників, аналітиків та бізнес-користувачів для впровадження рішень на основі даних.

Nice to have:

• Досвід розробки на Python (Airflow, Flask, автоматизація, обробка даних, інтеграції).
• Навички адміністрування MS SQL Server (налаштування, моніторинг, безпека).

ПРО ПОЗИЦІЮ

Шукаємо в команду людину, яка буде працювати на стику 3-х напрямків: business analysis, data analysis та product management.

Вимоги:

• Досвід business analyst/data analyst/product manager від 2 років
• Математичний бекграунд: вища математична освіта (КПІ ІПСА, МехМат Шевченко тощо), бажано олімпіадний досвід
• Розуміння data science та етапів розробки програмних продуктів
• Продуктовий бекграунд: вміння аналізувати ринок, конкурентів, потреби користувачів, висувати та перевіряти продуктові гіпотези
• Досвід роботи з Python та інструментами аналізу даних
• Досвід підготовки презентацій, навчальних матеріалів, технічної документації
• Володіння англійською на рівні B2+

Приклади задач:

• Аналіз внутрішніх даних продукта та пошук можливостей для його оптимізації
• Постановка задач для DS команди, супроводження процесу розробки ML алгоритмів 
• Участь в комбінуванні та тестуванні LLM моделей, написання промптів
