What You Will Do

This is a hands-on execution role, not theory.

You will:

• Search and identify vendors for specific parts (NSN-based sourcing)

• Work with platforms like SAM.gov to understand opportunities

• Send RFQs (Request for Quotes) to suppliers

• Communicate with vendors (email, sometimes calls)

• Compare pricing, availability, and delivery timelines

• Build and maintain supplier lists

• Support the bidding process with real data

• Work with messy, incomplete information and figure things out

Must-have:

• We are looking for a strong CRM Lead to join the CVM department, who will take full ownership of managing an established and fully functional CRM team.
• Our CRM team is not just about sending campaigns. It is a department where processes are structured according to user lifecycle stages. Job Description

As a Senior Product Analyst at Wix, you’ll play a key role in solving complex problems at scale and using data and research to validate ideas. You’ll find insights, provide recommendations, and drive our product forward. In your day-to-day, you will:

• Explore data, plan, conduct and interpret the results of A/B tests
• Own the monitoring and reporting of the company, team, and product’s main KPIs and success metrics
• Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and metrics while ensuring data integrity
• Present vital insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders

We as a data team work closely with PMs, developers, UX designers, content, and marketers to create the best tools and products with the highest impact and value, ensuring people can build any site they want, and be proud of it.

Our client is an international product-based IT company specializing in the iGaming industry.

Founded in 2014, the company quickly became a leader in the CIS region and is now expanding globally.

We are currently looking for a Middle Data Analyst.

📋 Key responsibilities and your contribution:

— Multi-channel performance tracking: analyze the efficiency of diverse traffic sources using ROI, ROMI, and LTV metrics

— Quality control: contribute to the development of monitoring systems to detect traffic anomalies and low-quality affiliate leads

— Insight automation: design and maintain scalable dashboards in our BI tool that empower stakeholders to make real-time bidding and budget decisions

— Experimentation: lead the analytical side of A/B testing for landing pages and creative strategies, ensuring statistical significance and actionable results

— Utilize SQL to manipulate and analyze data efficiently

— Collaborate with teams to support product and marketing initiatives with data insights

— Conduct advanced data analysis to uncover insights that will inform business strategies

📚 Your qualifications:

— 2+ years of experience in Data or Marketing Analytics (preferably iGaming experience)

— Demonstrated experience in delivering actionable insights and data-driven recommendations

— Proven ability to independently tackle complex data analysis tasks

— Strong communication skills and business mindset

— Proficiency in BI tools, with a preference for candidates with Tableau knowledge

— Strong practical knowledge and experience with SQL and other databases

➕ Nice to have:

— Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager

— Knowledge of web/product analytics to see how acquisition traffic converts within the funnel

— Experience with GBQ data stack and Git

У зв'язку з активним розвитком та впровадженням data-driven підходів, ми шукаємо до нашої команди Аналітика даних з фокусом на математичне моделювання. Ви допоможете Компанії приймати більш ефективні рішення на основі аналітики та вирішувати складні бізнес-задачі мовою математики.

 Необхідні знання, навички:

• Освіта: Вища (прикладна математика, системний аналіз, статистика, ІТ або економічна кібернетика).
• Досвід: Від 3 років на аналогічній посаді (досвід в агросфері або логістиці буде перевагою).
• Operations Research: Практичний досвід застосування методів лінійного та цілочисельного програмування (LP/MIP), мережевого планування та теорії масового обслуговування.
• Статистика: Знання і досвід використання математичної статистики (перевірка гіпотез, розподіли, A/B тести).
• Tech Stack:
  • Python: Впевнене володіння Pandas/NumPy, досвід роботи з солверами (PuLP, Google OR-Tools, SciPy або аналогами)
  • SQL: Написання складних запитів для вибірки та обробки даних
  • BI: Досвід роботи з Power BI (або аналогами).
• Бізнес-мислення: Вміння формалізувати бізнес-задачі у вигляді математичних моделей та обмежень.
• Англійська: Pre-Intermediate і вище

 Функціональні обов’язки:

• Розробка оптимізаційних моделей: Створення алгоритмів для ефективного розподілу ресурсів та планування операційних процесів  (пошук оптимальних рішень в умовах обмежень).
• Advanced Analytics: Пошук залежностей у даних, багатофакторний аналіз та перевірка статистичних гіпотез.
• Впровадження рішень: Співпраця з бізнес-замовниками та BI-командою для перетворення моделей у діючі інструменти та звітність.

• Розвиток експертизи: Методологічна підтримка бізнес-функцій та менторство і розвиток культури роботи з даними в Компанії.

Ключові задачі та зони відповідальності:

— Побудова аналітичної інфраструктури: перехід від фрагментарних розрахунків до цілісної автоматизованої системи збору, обробки та візуалізації даних;

— Аналіз платіжної конверсії: регулярний пошук точок росту для підвищення Approval Rate та оптимізації Transaction Costs;

— Робота з даними: забір та структурування даних від зовнішніх провайдерів (через API) та робота з внутрішніми базами (BigQuery, MySQL);

— Автоматизація та моніторинг: впровадження альортингової системи для контролю платіжних метрик та відповідності лімітам Visa/MasterCard;

— Візуалізація: створення публічних дешбордів у Tableau для топ-менеджменту та CEO портфельних компаній.

Наші очікування від кандидата:

— Профільна освіта: повна вища технічна освіта (Прикладна математика, Системний аналіз, Кібернетика, Computer Science тощо);

— Досвід роботи: 3–4+ роки на позиції Data/Product Analyst. Досвід у сферах Payments, Fintech або високонавантаженому E-commerce буде значною перевагою;

— Технічний стек: експертне володіння SQL; досвід роботи з хмарними сховищами (Google BigQuery); досвід роботи з BI-інструментами (Tableau, Power BI);

— Аналітичне мислення: здатність працювати з великими масивами даних та вміння трансформувати складні обчислення у зрозумілі бізнес-висновки;

— Автономність: здатність самостійно визначати пріоритети, формулювати гіпотези та доводити завдання до фінального результату без мікроменеджменту.
