From analysing campaign efficiency to connecting marketing and product analytics, you’ll spot growth opportunities and track performance with precision. In this role, you will

• Analyze paid marketing campaigns across multiple channels, regions, creatives
• Build regular reports and provide ad-hoc analytics on marketing effectiveness (CAC, ROI, LTV, attribution).
• Connect marketing data with product metrics to measure the true business impact of campaigns.
• Monitor marketing funnel health and detect anomalies or drops in performance.
• Collaborate with product analysts, marketers, and data engineers to improve data pipelines and tracking.
• Provide actionable insights and recommendations to optimize campaigns and budget allocation.

It’s all about you

• Experience collaborating with marketing and product teams to monitor key performance metrics, identify anomalies or performance issues, and communicate actionable insights to managers for decision-making.
• Strong SQL

Requirements:

• Experience working with NoSQL databases, specifically OpenSearch (Elasticsearch) is must have.
• Ability to build queries, filters, and aggregations in OpenSearch.
• Understanding of alerting principles and monitoring rule configuration.
• Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and a structured approach to working with large datasets.
• Experience with Power BI (building interactive reports and data visualizations).
• Experience with Redash (SQL queries and dashboard creation).
