Responsibilities:
• Requirements management, prioritization, traceability, and validation of the requirements;
• Writing documentation of functional and non-functional requirements (detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, diagrams, schemes, etc.);
• Decompose and elaborate requirements according to business priorities;
• Communication with stakeholders to gather and elicit requirements.

Requirements:
• 3+ years of commercial experience as a Business Analyst;
• Work experience at an IT outsourcing company;
• Practical experience in creating and maintaining documentation and artifacts: User Stories, Use Cases, Functional and Non-functional requirements, UML diagrams, and Flowcharts;
• Understanding of system architecture basics and how APIs, databases, and UIs interact;
• Solid understanding of business analysis knowledge areas, techniques, responsibilities, and activities;
• Strong experience in Web and Mobile app projects;
• Confident written and spoken English (B2 level or above);
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, ability to work effectively in a team;
• Detail-oriented and structured approach to process implementation.
