What youβll need
ο»Ώβ 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity with a strong track record in ownership roles

We will welcome a dedicated Legal Compliance Officer joining our Legal Team. You will be responsible for providing legal support for our rapidly expanding operations and ensuring their compliance with the
requirements of various regulated markets worldwide
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and administrate legal entities across multiple jurisdictions in cooperation with local agents and advisors;
- Draft, review, and negotiate all types of commercial contracts, including Software Licensing
Agreements, Non-Disclosure Agreements, Data Processing Agreements, Distribution/Reseller
Agreements, Vendor/Service/Consultancy Agreements, among others; - Dealing with standard corporate actions and respective legal documentation, such as Share Purchase Agreements, Shareholders Agreements, Memorandum of Association, Loan Agreements and others;
- Support processes of applying for new gaming license and ensure compliance with the requirements of existing licenses across various regulated markets;
- Legal paperwork (completing questionnaires, applications, forms, letters, drafting powers of attorney, internal policies and regulations);
- Opening accounts with banks and payment services providers;
- Running all KYC-related and due diligence procedures normally requested by counterparties (banks,
payment services/software/game providers, regulators etc.); - Performing KYC checks and compliance reviews on new and existing clients;
- Dealing with IP/ GDPR/ AML-related matters;
- Provide the required legal support for Sales/Account Management teams in their relations with clients.
Desired skills and requirements:
- 3+ years of practical experience in legal corporate management;
- Previous experience in iGaming is considered as a strong advantage;
- Confident user of Microsoft Office applications;
- Ability to multitask, prioritize and work under pressure;
- Detail-oriented, analytical and problem-solving mindset;
- Responsible and able to work on oneβs own initiative;
- Full working proficiency in English.
