You are

• Identify, negotiate, onboard, and manage high-performing affiliate partners.
• Develop long-term relationships with affiliates, media buyers, networks, and key industry partners.
• Own affiliate acquisition targets, performance KPIs, budgets, and ROI.
• Negotiate CPA, RevShare, hybrid, and custom commercial deals.
• Monitor affiliate performance, traffic quality, conversion rates, and player value.
• Work closely with Product, CRM, BI, Legal, Payments, and Marketing teams to optimize performance.
• Ensure affiliate activities comply with internal policies, brand guidelines, and market regulations.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and affiliate opportunities in Ukraine.
• Build reporting processes, performance dashboards, and transparent partner communication.
• Represent the company at relevant iGaming events, conferences, and partner meetings when needed.

Requirements

• Proven experience in affiliate marketing within the iGaming industry.
• Strong knowledge of the Ukrainian iGaming market.
• Solid existing network of affiliates, media buyers, and industry partners.
• Experience launching or scaling affiliate programs for casino, betting, or gaming products.
• Strong understanding of CPA, RevShare, hybrid deals, player acquisition, retention, and LTV.
• Ability to analyze traffic quality, conversion funnels, ROI, and partner performance.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Hands-on mindset with the ability to work independently in an early-stage environment.
• High level of ownership, initiative, and business thinking.
• Comfortable working remotely with international teams.

Що потрібно буде робити

• будувати affiliate-напрямок з нуля під pre-launch і launch;
• розробляти affiliate-стратегію по GEO, типах партнерів, моделях співпраці та KPI;
• підключати, запускати й розвивати affiliate-партнерів, webmasters, teams, media sources, influencers, SEO / PPC / FB / UAC-партнерів;
• працювати з моделями CPA / RevShare / Hybrid і шукати оптимальну unit-економіку;
• контролювати tracking, attribution, postbacks, affiliate links, subIDs, quality of data;
• оцінювати не тільки обсяг трафіку, а і його якість по FTD, retention, repeat deposit, ROI / payback;
• виявляти ризики по fraud, abuse, low-quality traffic, motivated users, scheme traffic;
• синхронізуватись із marketing, product, CRM, analytics, antifraud, finance і support;
• запускати партнерів із правильними offers, promo materials, landing pages, бонусною логікою і tracking setup;
• контролювати affiliate-виплати, розрахунки, звірки та прозорість взаєморозрахунків;
• будувати процеси partner onboarding, activation, reactivation, performance review, scaling rules;
• формувати регулярну звітність по партнерах, джерелах і окупності каналу;

• брати участь у наймі та розвитку affiliate-команди.

Requirements:

- Experience in a senior HR leadership role.

- Proven experience leading and managing HR teams of at least 15 direct reports within a fast-paced, online business environment with a workforce of 2000+ employees. Experience in scaling HR operations to support rapid growth is highly desirable.

-Deep understanding of HR best practices and current industry trends;
