Job Responsibilities

We are looking for IT Business Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing and improving BA processes across multiple projects, supporting Project Managers (PMs) with their BA challenges, and helping to maintain our BA knowledge base. Also, you will step into a Business Analyst role on specific project. Main domains: healthcare, e-commerce, logistics, fintech, and SaaS.
 

Requirements

- 4+ years of experience as IT Business Analyst.

• Map end-to-end event lifecycles across pre-event, on-site, and post-event stages to identify bottlenecks, manual work, and automation opportunities.
• Analyze processes related to venue sourcing, attendee registration, vendor coordination, lead retrieval, customer support, event operations, and reporting.
• Design AI-driven workflows and orchestration logic for multi-step business processes.
• Define requirements for AI agents that can support tasks such as personalized invitation drafting, attendee inquiry handling, operational alerts, and post-event reporting.

What We’re Looking For

The Business Analyst would be a bridge between our clients and the delivery team — turning business goals into clear, testable requirements that engineering can build with confidence, removing ambiguity before development starts, and protecting product quality.

Previous Experience

• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in an outsourced / service company setting, working directly with external clients;
• Experience analyzing requirements across more than one industry is a plus — at Axon, the same BA can move between domains (Real Estate, Insurance, Education, etc.);
