Senior Full Stack Developer

Why we are hiring

We need a full-stack developer to build and maintain our web-based brokerage platform. The person will work across the product—from customer-facing React interfaces to backend services, integrations, and cloud infrastructure.

What the person will own

• Product development

1. Build React experiences for onboarding, account management, trading, funding, and portfolio management.
2. Develop backend services and APIs supporting the platform.
3. Integrate external brokerage, payments, KYC, authentication, and other third-party services.

• Platform and infrastructure

1. Design secure and scalable services using TypeScript, Node.js, MongoDB, and AWS.
2. Deploy and operate containerized workloads using ECS and Fargate.
3. Manage cloud infrastructure using Terraform.

4. Monitor production systems and investigate performance and reliability issues.

    

Level and experience

• 5+ years of professional full-stack development experience.
• Strong production experience with TypeScript, React, and Node.js.
• Experience building and operating customer-facing web products.

• Ability to own features from product requirements through deployment and production support.

   

Must-have skills

• Strong proficiency in React, TypeScript, and Node.js.
• Experience designing REST APIs and integrating external services.
• Production experience with MongoDB, including data modelling and query optimization.
• Understanding of authentication platforms such as Clerk, Auth0, or Cognito.
• Knowledge of OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, JWTs, sessions, MFA, and role-based access control.

• Experience with automated testing, CI/CD, monitoring, and incident investigation.

   

Nice-to-have skills

• Strong AWS experience, particularly ECS, Fargate, IAM, CloudWatch, and networking.
• Experience managing infrastructure with Terraform.
• Experience with brokerage, trading, fintech, payments, or KYC products.
• Familiarity with WebSockets and real-time applications.

• Experience handling financial data, audit trails, and reconciliation.
