Company Truck Dispatcher

We’re adding Company Truck Dispatchers to our team!

REQUIREMENTS:

• English — upper intermediate at least;
• Experience as a company truck dispacther (you had assigned trucks at your previous work in US logistics)
• Strong verbal communication, decision-making, and negotiation skills
• Attention to details and high level of responsibility, multitasking
• Be ready to cover assigned truck on weekends if no load/cancel/etc

SCHEDULE:

• Monday-Friday 15:00-01:00 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Searching and Booking loads for company trucks
• Planning the route and problem-solving on the current loads
• Building and maintaining relationships with clients and drivers (human touch and proactive position is highly important)

• Basic salary + percentage from the Gross (you can also book loads for owner-operators when your trucks are covered and get percentage from Profit too)
