• 3+ years of commercial experience in Python development.

• Commercial experience with PostgreSQL or another relational database.
• Practical experience with AWS.
• Practical experience with Kubernetes.
• Experience containerising applications with Docker.
• Understanding of CI/CD principles and practical experience supporting or configuring CI/CD pipelines.
• Understanding of OOP, SOLID, DRY, and KISS principles.
• Experience writing automated tests using Pytest, Unittest, or similar tools.
• Experience with Git.
• Understanding of client-server and microservices architecture.
• Understanding of basic web application security principles.
• Ability to independently analyse requirements, break down tasks, and estimate delivery timelines.
• English level sufficient for reading technical documentation and communicating within the team.

Right now, we are expanding our VIP Department and looking for a results-driven Team Lead – VIP Department who knows how to build and lead high-performing teams, work with key business metrics, analyze VIP player behavior, and drive sustainable growth.

What You'll Do

• Lead, onboard, mentor, and develop a team of VIP Managers.
• Monitor daily team performance and ensure KPI achievement.
• Own and drive key team KPIs:
  • Team Deposit Amount (IN)
  • Team IN-OUT
  • Retention (M/M)
• Analyze team performance, VIP player activity, and database trends to identify growth opportunities.
• Develop personalized retention and growth strategies for key VIP players together with your team.
• Collaborate closely with the Retention, CRM, and Product teams to optimize the VIP player journey and improve business results.
• Continuously review and improve workflows from a business perspective.
• Ensure the team consistently achieves performance and revenue targets.

What We're Looking For

• 1+ year of experience in a Team Lead, Senior VIP Manager, VIP Management, Retention, or similar leadership role.
• Previous experience in the iGaming industry is required.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to work confidently with KPIs, performance metrics, and large datasets.
• Experience analyzing player databases and identifying opportunities for business growth.
• A business-oriented mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Proven leadership, coaching, and team management skills.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.

Requirements:

• 0,5+ years of experience as an Affiliate Manager in iGaming;
• Working with RS, hybrid, CPA models;
• A well-established database of loyal affiliate partners;
• Proficiency in traffic analysis;
• Exceptional communication skills;
• Ability to approach tasks comprehensively and diversely;

• Upper-Intermediate level of Arabic.

   

Responsibilities:

• Actively search and negotiate with potential partners;
• Conduct competitive analysis and apply insights to optimize traffic and affiliate programs;
• Acquire, retain, and activate new affiliates and partnerships;
• Analyze partner-generated traffic for quality;
• Achievement of KPIs on a regular basis;
• Provide technical support to partners and configure all necessary segments that partners may require;
• Maintaining and cultivating strong relationships through regular contact, including meetings, phone calls, and emails, as well as representing our company effectively in professional conferences.
