Кого ми шукаємо

Нам потрібен активний та енергійний спеціаліст/спеціалістка, який любить креативні завдання та нестандартні підходи. 

Ця роль — на стику маркетингу, PR та лінкбілдингу. Головне завдання — популяризація Автопро на західних ринках з метою підвищити впізнаваність бренду і наростити масу зворотних посилань. Інструменти для цього можуть бути зовсім різними. 

Наприклад, розробка партнерських програм, або створення власного вірусного контенту, або просування на платформах для стартапів та ком'юніти інноваторів, або робота з профільними автомобільними виданнями та лідерами думок.

Це НЕ робота в режимі: «Ось тобі бюджет — купи рекламу у такого-то блогера». Або «ось список автоблогів — розмістити там за гроші статтю про нас».

Ми шукаємо тих, хто здатний на більше, ніж просто освоювати бюджети простими методами. Тих, хто використовує креативні та нестандартні підходи.

У певному сенсі ми шукаємо маркетолога-лінкбілдера.

Що ви робитимете на цій позиції:

Гео: Европа (переважно Іспанія)

• Аналіз конкурентів, їхніх підходів до PR та лінкбілдингу, використання найкращих практик для нашого проєкту;
• Партнерський маркетинг: Пошук та вибудовування довгострокових win-win відносин з лідерами думок, блогерами, організаторами конференцій, нішевими виданнями тощо;
• Розробка внутрішніх продуктів: від партнерських програм до новинних дайджестів.
• Робота з агентствами та медіа-майданчиками;
• Допомога з креативами для реклами та соцмереж.
• Тестування гіпотез;

• Комунікація із внутрішньою командою;

Це робота на стику SEO та PR. Це може бути розробка партнерських програм, або ж пошук ідей для створення вірусного контенту, або отримання посилань з сайтів університетів через розміщення навчальних матеріалів, або ж просування на платформах для стартапів і ком'юніті інноваторів.

Необхідний досвід та навички:

• Досвід роботи на позиції Link builder від 1 року;
• Розуміння основних принципів ранжування Google, пов’язаних з посиланнями;
• Знання HTML та SEO на базовому рівні (більше — краще);
• Розуміння критеріїв відбору донорів;
• Навички автоматизації процесів, пов’язані з пошуком донорів та розміщенням посилань;
• Вміння працювати з такими інструментами як Google Docs/Excel, Ahrefs, Serpstat, Buzzstream, ChatGPT.

Обов'язки

Технічний стек кандидата і основні вимоги

• Від 4 років комерційного досвіду роботи з PHP 7+.

• Від 2 років досвіду роботи з Symfony framework.

• Широкий досвід роботи з Базами даних, зокрема: Postgres ( mySql), MongoDB.

• Досвід роботи з Agile методологіями (Scrum, Kanban).

• Глибоке розуміння життєвого циклу SDLC.

• Досвід роботи з методами тестування програмного забеспечення (Unit testing, Integration testing, TDD, Code Reviews etc.)
