What project we have for you

Intellias’ IT team is searching for a puzzle-solver, able to streamline internal efficiencies; search-own-destroy internal redundant tasks, coordinate cross-functional efforts under the direct supervision of Vice President IT, and guide more than a hundred talents through the dark forests of budget execution.

 

What you will do

Technical Responsibilities:

  • Systems management: Installing, configuring, and supporting Windows, UNIX, and macOS systems.
  • Network administration: Maintenance and troubleshooting of TCP/IP networks, DNS, and VPN services.
  • Hardware support: Diagnosing, troubleshooting, and upgrading end-user hardware and software.
  • Infrastructure setup: Configuring and maintaining office infrastructure hardware and peripherals.
  • Service Desk support: Troubleshooting, solving Employees IT related issues

Operational Responsibilities:

  • Device coordination: Handling procurement, setup, deployment, and returns for IT assets, including physically preparing equipment for shipment.
  • Approvals and inventory: Managing equipment approvals and keeping accurate asset records.
  • User lifecycle support: Supporting onboarding and offboarding, including device prep and returns.

 

What you need for this

  • MS Windows administration skills
  • UNIX administration skills
  • Experience in administering most of the following core IT infrastructure services: DNS, Proxy, DHCP, Email, NFS, FTP, WEB, Active Directory
  • Good level of English
  • Troubleshooting skills involving hardware and software
  • Documentation, reporting, and communication skills
  • Highly developed personal characteristics (team player, client orientation, quick learner, highly responsible)

Will be a plus:

  • Experience working with Jira, Microsfot Defender/Intune
  • More than one year of experience in a similar positions
