Requirements:
- 4+ years of hands-on experience in iGaming with Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram).
- Strong performance marketing background (not branding or awareness).
- Proven experience working with ROAS/CPA goals
- Deep understanding of Meta auction mechanics and delivery
- Experience with pixel events, CAPI, postbacks, and tracking tools
- Experience working with multiple GEOs and different market tiers is a must.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of 4+ Facebook Media Buyers
- Own team performance across spend commitments, with a strong focus on ROAS-driven KPIs
- Define buying strategy, review performance, guide optimization decisions, and support scaling

- Translate client business goals into clear media buying tasks and KPIs
