Technical Lead / Product Manager (.NET)
We are looking for an experienced Technical Lead & Product Manager for a .NET development team. You should be strong in problem-solving, system design, and solution architecture, with a proactive approach to your work. You will lead the team technically, own the product roadmap, work directly with customers and stakeholders, take initiative and drive work to completion from planning through deployment.
Must-have:
Technical
- C# 7+, .NET Core, MVC 5, Web API
- MS SQL, Azure Table/Queue, Blob Storage
- Distributed caching & caching strategies
- Dependency Injection (Autofac)
- REST API design, secure authentication (Cookie, OAuth, JWT, OpenID)
- SOLID principles, Clean Architecture, maintainable & scalable code
- 10+ years in software development
Leadership & Product
- Led a dev team — planning work, reviewing code, keeping delivery on track
- Worked with stakeholders or customers to figure out what to build and why
- Comfortable running standups, planning sessions, and retrospectives
- Can write a clear spec or technical doc without it turning into a 40-page essay
- Happy to jump on a call with a customer, show a demo, and take notes on what they need
- Proactive — spots problems early, moves things forward, doesn't wait to be told
- Fluent English

Role:
Our platform connects businesses with financial institutions in real-time — helping them manage cash flow and access financial data without the usual friction.
You will not just maintain what exists — you will help grow the product. That means shaping what gets built next, working with customers to understand what they actually need, and turning that into features that make a real difference. You will have a say in the roadmap.
On the technical side, you will lead the team — making architectural decisions, reviewing code, handling deployments, and making sure what goes to production is solid. We don't have a dedicated QA, so quality is on the team.
Day to day you will also keep things moving — running standups, planning work, talking to customers, showing demos, and writing up what needs to be built clearly enough that the team can just get on with it.
This is a hands-on role. You will write code, not just review it. But more than that — you will be the person who owns the product technically and helps it grow.
