Role Overview
We are seeking a Head of Marketing department to own marketing strategy, execution, and performance across paid acquisition, PR, partnerships, brand growth, and analytics.
This role is responsible for leading an established marketing team and ensuring marketing efforts directly support business growth through high-quality demand generation, strong MQL β SQL conversion, measurable ROI, and scalable customer acquisition strategies.
The Head of Marketing department operates as the single point of accountability for marketing outcomes, working closely with Sales and Product while continuously improving marketing performance, processes, and team efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy & Ownership
- Own end-to-end marketing strategy, priorities, and execution across all channels.
- Define quarterly and annual marketing plans aligned with company growth goals.
- Own core marketing KPIs, including lead quality, MQL β SQL conversion, pipeline contribution, CAC efficiency, and ROI.
- Identify and test new growth opportunities, acquisition channels, partnership models, and scalable demand generation initiatives.
- Develop strategies to improve marketing performance, campaign efficiency, and team productivity.
Team Leadership & Management
- Lead, mentor, and manage a marketing team of 8 specialists (paid media, content, PR, partnerships, and supporting roles).
- Set clear goals, priorities, and performance expectations for the team.
- Ensure effective execution, accountability, and continuous performance improvement.
- Optimize workflows, collaboration, and operational processes within the marketing department.
Demand Generation & Paid Media Oversight
- Oversee paid acquisition strategy across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Bing Ads, Capterra, and other relevant B2B platforms.
- Guide budget allocation and optimization decisions based on funnel performance and revenue impact.
- Ensure structured testing, CRO initiatives, and data-driven optimization across campaigns.
- Oversee both online and offline marketing initiatives, including events, trade shows, partnerships, and industry-focused campaigns.
PR, Partnerships & Brand Growth
- Own PR and partnership strategy, including industry associations, media outlets, and strategic collaborators.
- Strengthen ArboStarβs brand visibility and credibility within the vertical B2B SaaS market.
- Ensure PR and partnership initiatives support demand generation and pipeline goals.
- Support expansion into new markets and audience segments.
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Analytics
- Work closely with Sales to align campaigns with lead quality expectations and pipeline needs.
- Collaborate with Product on analytics, attribution, and marketing integrations.
- Oversee marketing reporting, dashboards, forecasting, and performance reviews.
- Drive data-based decision-making and prioritize initiatives based on measurable business impact.
Qualifications & Skills
- 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing, including team leadership and performance ownership.
- Proven experience leading multi-channel demand generation and paid acquisition.
- Strong understanding of lead quality, MQL β SQL conversion, revenue attribution, CAC, and ROI.
- Proven experience improving marketing performance, operational efficiency, or team productivity.
- Experience managing marketing teams and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Strong analytical mindset and decision-making based on data and business outcomes.
- Comfortable owning outcomes, priorities, and trade-offs in a fast-growing environment.
- Proven experience managing and optimizing $20,000+ monthly paid media budgets with a focus on ROI and lead quality.
- Experience working with North American markets (US & Canada); exposure to international expansion is a strong plus.
- Experience with both online and offline marketing initiatives.
- Experience working in scaling SaaS companies with 100+ employees or distributed international teams is preferred.
- Experience across multiple SaaS products or B2B/B2C environments is considered a strong advantage.

- Experience in vertical SaaS, field services, home services, or construction-related industries.
- Familiarity with marketing automation platforms, workflow optimization, and attribution systems.
- Experience building scalable marketing processes in high-growth environments.
