Account Manager (FinTech)

We are expanding our horizons and looking for a driven, results-oriented Account Manager to join our international team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Client Acquisition: Engage and convert potential B2B clients using the companyβs internal database.
- Relationship Management: Build, maintain, and scale effective long-term relationships with new customers.
- Trust Building: Act as a trusted advisor to potential clients, understanding their business needs and presenting our payment solutions effectively.
- Customer Support: Provide high-quality ongoing support to clients via email, chat, and phone to ensure high retention and satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Experience: Previous experience in a similar Account Management, Sales, or Customer Success role (experience within the FinTech, Crypto, or Financial sector will be a significant advantage).
- Language Skills: Advanced English (C1) and Fluent Ukrainian (C2) β both written and spoken are essential for daily communication.
- Negotiation Skills: Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with the ability to handle objections.
- Mindset: A proactive, result-oriented professional with high emotional intelligence and the ability to build trust easily.
