About the Project:
This is a global marketplace that connects businesses with freelance professionals for project-based work. This role is part of the Business Success team supporting high-value buyers and managed projects, typically involving customers with defined project scopes and budgets. The team works proactively with customers throughout the engagement lifecycle, focusing on project success, customer retention, and long-term account growth.
Requirements:
- 2+ years experience in Account Management, Customer Success, or other relevant experience
- 1+ in an Account Manager position( recent experience) in the outsourcing/outsaffing companies
- B2+ level of English
- Experience in delivering quality services to clients
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of buyers and work directly with high-intent buyers
- Identify and recover missed revenue opportunities
- Help customers find the right freelancer
- Source and match the right freelancer based on skills, experience, budget, and timeline
- Monitor buyer activity and address drop-offs or stalled opportunities
