About the Role

We are a fast-growing, internationally-focused fintech company delivering cutting-edge crypto processing and payment solutions. As we expand our global footprint, we are looking for a driven, results-oriented B2B Sales Manager to join our team.

In this role, you will drive the entire sales cycle—from sourcing high-value outbound leads to closing deals with international B2B clients. You will act as the face of our product, helping businesses seamlessly integrate modern payment infrastructure.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Pipeline Management: Source and qualify inbound (warm/hot) leads, while aggressively driving outbound lead generation via LinkedIn, email, and direct outreach.
  • Product Demonstrations: Conduct high-impact product presentations and live demos for prospective B2B clients.
  • Deal Closing: Prepare tailored commercial proposals, handle objections, and navigate deals through to closing and client onboarding.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with internal Legal, Compliance, and Tech teams to ensure smooth onboarding and compliance with industry standards.
  • CRM & Reporting: Maintain flawless data hygiene in our CRM, tracking sales metrics and forecasting pipeline growth.

What We Are Looking For

  • Experience: 2–3 years or more of proven success in B2B sales, specifically in the FinTech sector—MANDATORY—as well as in cryptocurrencies, payment processing, SaaS, or high-risk sectors.
  • Sales Acumen: A deep understanding of sales funnels, modern closing techniques, and a proven track record of handling complex objections.
  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Language Skills: English proficiency at an Upper-Intermediate (B2) level or higher (comfortable conducting business correspondence and basic negotiations).
  • Soft Skills: High self-organization, accountability, resilience, and a sharp focus on hitting KPIs.

Great-to-Haves (Bonus Points)

  • Direct experience selling in crypto/payment processing or working with high-risk verticals (iGaming, Forex, Web3).
  • Experience managing international clients across various jurisdictions.
  • Strong negotiation skills at the C-level (negotiating with CEOs, COOs, and Heads of Payments).
